The +: Simplified self-arrival (key box), access to the property's garden and free parking on site.

Less than 10 min: The medieval village of Saint-Saturnin (classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France") and the magnificent Gorges de la Monne.
Less than 30 min: The ascent of the mythical Pariou Volcano, the Lake of Aydat (beach and water activities) or the Royatonic thermoludic center.
Less than 45 min: The summit of the Puy de Dôme (by the panoramic train or the muleteers' path) and the resort of Super-Besse (skiing in winter, summer sledging and zip lining)
