Great family place!

If you want a relaxing quite place this is for u! My family loved how close it was to everything but how quite it was. My family saw wildlife while fishing the pool is wonderfull and the neighborhood was very nice. We loved it thank u!

Beautiful grounds, pool, dock, the sound, the trees and the view. Saw dolphins on a regular basis. Condo was very clean, roomy, nice kitchen and the owners were quick to respond to question. We had a great time and we’re looking for another vacation here.

Relaxing Coastal Property

Condo was super clean, well decorated, and very relaxing. Everything is labeled and the home is very well stocked. Owner is very communicative. Would definitely book again.

Unit G101 was great! Clean, everything one would need for a week away and a great view of the sound. Condo complex is old but does have a nice swimming pool. Pretty lax, smaller, condo complex with fairly friendly people. Close to Navarre (best beach ever) and Oakaloosa. Owners were great and even had toiletries for us! Quiet place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. For those planning to stay here I’m adding some extra information (warning a long post). unit is small but feels very roomy, because of storage areas in various places that don’t feel cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked with mixing bowls, a blender, toaster, mixer, and a Keurig coffee pot. They have almost every type of appliance, baking dishes, and pots and pans one could need. They had two sets of dishes, plenty of glasses and silverware.The bathroom had soft towels, the linens were good quality, with firm mattresses. They thought of everything in the unit including noise machines in the bedrooms, electronic charging plugs in the bedrooms and a charging station in the living room. The unit went above and beyond with the charging plugs. The water pressure was good and the shower head was large with settings. Loved the keyless entry. The unit was tastefully decorated with a Beach theme. The level of cleanliness was amazing. The small storage closet on the patio was perfect for storage of our beach gear. The property swimming pool was kept very clean and was very close to the unit. We also used the laundry mat which was clean and in excellent working order. They have machines that use quarters but most machines used a credit card. A nice restroom next to the pool/laundry mat area was a great back up if needed. If you’re planning a trip to the Fort Walton area this would be an excellent unit for a group of four.

Very nice place!!

The apartment was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The pantry was well stocked. The pool was nice. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely. There were few things to do in the immediate location but it was close enough to drive to directly.

Quiet getaway

Want a peaceful environment with the beautiful Emerald coast as part of your visit, highly recommend unique quiet getaway a few miles drive to the awesome beaches of Navarre, Destin, Ft. Walton. Very clean and decor was so pleasing to soothe your soul.
