Our beautiful private desert townhome is a perfect home away from home! This charming townhome is an active 55+ adults paradise. Well-equipped and full of comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, including an enclosed sun room and patio with arbor in the rear for stunning views of the Santa Rita mountains, and a courtyard in the front with sunset views. Soak in the unique Arizona flora and fauna on display in the arroyo right outside your door, or hike trails and enjoy birding in nearby Madera Canyon.

This was centrally located. We visited the wineries in Elgin- Deep Sky is a must! Tubac, Tumacácori Historical site, Anza trail, Madera Canyon, Sonoran desert museum- all wonderful! The townhouse had all we needed. Great grill and the big bonus - all sizes of pillows to accommodate any type of sleeper!!! We also used the rec centers. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous in every way

I was exceptionally pleased with my stay. The house was clean enough to make my OCD mom happy which is hard to do. The communication with Ken could not have been better either. He gave me all the information that I needed responded promptly to any questions or concerns and I truly wished I could stay a lot longer. Also super comfy bed and excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. Great views.

Comfortable and quiet

Great place to stay. Very quiet location and comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings and cool evenings as well. Only stayed 3 nights but definitely a place you could comfortably stay longer.

Nice Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

We had a short stay at this very nice duplex in Green Valley. It is centrally located and an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Ken has it nicely decorated with functional and newer ammenitites such as a grill, cooktop and pots and pans. The patio deck has a nice view overlooking the mountains. And as many have noted, Ken was very quick to respond to any of my questions. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Tuscon Visit

A really comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Always quick responses from owner. Minutes from Route 19, grocery and drug stores. Convenient base for many sightseeing spots / national parks & monuments etc. and close to many good birding areas. It was too hot to use them during our stay but multiple outdoor spaces available to sit and relax. Appreciated having Netflix included.

Nice mountain view and quiet neighborhood!

Good location. We had everything we needed on site. Even though it was very hot outside the townhome stayed nice and cool.

Sisters weekend.

My 2 sisters and I stayed at this cute house to celebrate an older sister’s birthday, who lives 20 minutes away in Green Valley. It was perfect! Very clean, updated and Comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Comfortable home, great location & view

We enjoyed such a comfortable, relaxing month in this rental home. This house is conveniently located, both as a home base for exploration of the region and for easy access to gas, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. The views are excellent, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our visit went so well that we didn't need to contact the property owner, although we appreciated that they were so responsive when we arranged the rental and that they wrote us a welcome message when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to have the chance to rent with you again.

Quiet Refuge

M husband and I had a wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described on the website. We enjoyed watching the quail and rabbits while we sat in the front patio in the cool morning air. We also enjoyed the thick towels in the bathrooms. The owner is very quick to respond with questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great duplex

Great 2 bed, 2bath duplex (that you wouldn’t really know is a duplex)! Lovely back patio with an excellent view of the mountains. Perfect for evening and morning relaxation and great way to start and end the day!

Walk down memory lane

The home was very well supplied with everything we needed. The view was perfect so we sat out every morning & had our coffee enjoying the sun before we started our day. The pool was close & very nice. Thank you for our memorable stay.

Great Stay

A very comfortable stay with everything you could need. The courtyard, patio, and side yard were private with a grand view of the Santa Rita mountains.

We enjoyed our stay in this Arizona townhouse. Lots of room and everything we needed for a week was supplied. The master bed was comfortable, and we liked having a tv in our bedroom. We had an issue and we talked to the owner, and he took care of it. We would stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the quiet peaceful neighborhood, and the view of the mountains from the back patio is beautiful. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Ken was a super host and answered any question immediately. We love the Green Valley area and would come back to stay here again.
