EAGLE CABIN in UCLUELET is the perfect wilderness getaway offering beautiful forest views and is only a short walk to the water where you can view the inlet and harbor from over an acre of private waterfront the main property sits on. The 400sq ft. two-level log cabin was custom designed and positioned to capture a limited ocean and mountain view as best as possible. Eagle Cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft room with 2 single beds and a living room couch that pulls out to a double size bed and is perfect for those that do not want to climb stairs to the loft or for those that have mobility issues. The cabin has everything you need during your stay including a kitchen area stocked with all your cooking essentials, heated floors, and a covered private deck with full size gas BBQ.

Eagle Cabin features heated tile flooring throughout the main living area, a small cozy living room space with a TV that offers cable TV, Wi-Fi for those that need to work while vacationing and a full bathroom with luxurious local Salt spring Island shampoo, conditioner and body wash is also provided. Lose yourself in a veritable oasis of west coast nature. The entire property is over an acre of private, forest surroundings, spectacular waterfront at the entrance of the harbour, yet still just a short walk to the town center. Eagle cabin sits behind the main waterfront home and is surrounded by 3 other cabins which is perfect for large groups bookings or retreats. We are the last property before 30 acres of island forest that gives way to the open ocean towards Barkley Sound. Regular daily visits from eagles, sea lions, otters, seals and occasionally killer, humpback and gray whales. Keep an eye out for our resident deer family that grazes around the cabins.

We are also a short walk from kayak tours, fishing charters, the world-renowned Wild Coast Trail or several whale and wildlife tour outfits.

Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

Important Notes:
Guest limit: 3-4 max. This cozy cabin is ideal for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) or a group of three adults (no ideal for 4 adults due to limited space).
Loft Access: The stairs leading to the loft are steep, making them unsuitable for young toddlers without supervision or for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the loft ceiling is low.
EV Charging: There is a Level 2 Tesla charging station on-site, shared among four cabins.
Laundry: Please be aware that the cabin does not have a washer and dryer. However, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby.
Waterfront Access: While the cabin itself is not directly on the waterfront, there is a small waterfront area just a few steps away where you can enjoy views of wildlife and passing boats. It’s located to the left of the main house.
Group Bookings: For larger groups, Eagle Cabin is situated on an acre of land along with three other cabins—Sitka, Nootka, and Orca—and the main house where the owners reside. Together, the cabins can accommodate up to 16 guests. If you’re interested in booking all the cabins for your group, please contact Tofino Vacation Rentals directly.
Dogs: We allow 1 dog. Dogs must be in a crate while left alone at the property. Sorry, not cats allowed!

Minimum Stay Requirements:
July to August: A 3-night minimum stay is required, with all bookings arranged consecutively to avoid gaps.
Canadian Statutory Holidays: A minimum stay of 3 nights is mandatory.
Quiet Hours:
Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Enjoy your stay, but please ensure that outdoor noise is kept low after 10:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy:
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, minus any pesky booking platform fees!
No Refunds: Cancellations made without the required notice will not be eligible for a refund
