Forget your worries and come enjoy the view at this tranquil mountain top home 20 minutes away from Hot Springs. The house has space to unwind and disconnect from the stress of everyday life.

Covered parking for RV is available on the property as well as electric hook up in the garage for a trailer.
Swings in the front yard for outdoor play. Backyard has wooden deck with a fire pit and charcoal grill/smoker.

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and close to Hot Springs. The kids enjoyed the pool and air hockey table. And we all enjoyed the view.

Absolutely perfect! Great views great management! Family of 5 pet friendly and this had EVERYTHING we needed not to go home feeling tired and with tons of dirty clothes! Kids enjoyed the upstairs probably more than or vacation adventures.

Perfect House

This house a great set up! Beautiful patio views, quiet, safe neighborhood. House was very clean and well maintained. The pool table and air hockey on the second floor was a lot of fun!

Peaceful with views for days

We stayed here over spring break with our 3 kids. The accommodations were fantastic! Our kids really enjoyed the pool table and other games. The fire pit was great and we even used the grill. You will not go wrong staying here!

The views were even better than the pictures show! Such a great neighborhood super quiet and so pretty! The house was wonderful and clean and the owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Mountain Getaway

We absolutely loved the area; dog loved the yard and walks where other neighborhood dogs joined us, all so friendly and sweet; beautiful Area. We saw deer in front yard and you cannot beat the early morning Mountain View’s on the patio !

My husband I stayed here while he fished the Bassmaster’s Open. It was beautifully furnished, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Hidden gem!

Grass was very high & hard to walk through. Hasn’t been mowed in quite a while. Flower beds are overgrown with weeds. Water constantly leaking from the soffit on the backside of the house. Could be a possible A/C drain clogged. Other than those two things, house was very clean & comfortable.

Great layover on our way south!

Heading to Texas from the upper midwest. This was the perfect place for our small family to rest up. House was clean and had what we needed. We enjoying the view on the deck and kids loved the games upstairs. Beds were comfortable. Owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. Would stay here again if in the area. We enjoyed the Mid-America Science Museum.

Relaxing

We had plenty of space in this beautiful home to stretch out and relax. We never did find some of the outdoor things in the pictures, but enjoyed the terrific deck view. We would stay in this home again.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Home. We were looking for a family getaway for a few days and this was perfect. The view did not disappoint and the trek down to the creek, while a bit steep, was refreshing. The weather was on the cool side, so our boys spent a lot of time playing pool and air hockey upstairs - it was so great to have those options! There was lots of space for everyone to spread out, but good gathering spaces as well. It was clean and well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family-Friendly Home

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids never wanted to leave. Between the swings and the air hockey table, they had everything they needed. Home was clean and comfortable. Views were amazing out the big window! The only issue for me was that there were no cleaning supplies other than a broom and dustpan. So, if you want to mop up the floors or any messes, make sure you bring something to do that with. Am sending the host a message, so maybe it'll be there for the next person. Either way, I'll def stay here again when we come back!

The home was more than we could have asked for. We were rained out of some of the local activities we wanted to do, but the house had more than enough entertainment for teens stuck indoors. The mist rolling in the valleys below were breathtaking! We can't wait to come back to the area and stay here again.

Absolutely everything was as stated for the property. The host was extremely timely with all communication. Each person thoroughly enjoyed the property, which enhanced the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Perfect for a little get away

We wanted a relaxing few days away and that's exactly what we got. Easy drive to Hot Springs to enjoy that area as well as close to lots of hiking trails that my husband explored. There is an event space next door and there was a wedding or party of some kind on Saturday that included lots of music and a massive bon fire. They wrapped up at a decent time so it wasn't a real disturbance but we were a little caught off guard when the music started that afternoon. So just know it's a possibility.

Missed opportunity to make right

Ok upon arrival but 1st night after making a big dinner, we discovered the dishwasher had been unplugged, there were dirty dishes inside and the washer never was functional. Expecting some refund for tjis.

Solid 4 stars. Cleanliness and up keep was the only issue I have. Mind you I did not complain to host. I am sure they would have taken care of anything, but should have been taken care of before I got there. Up keep- lawn over grown and deck pretty weathered. Cleanliness- clumps of hair stuck to master bathroom shower wall, cob webs in corners, oven had a glob of something in it. Oven was clean other than glob. Found used hair ties through out house most likely young girls. Other than those easy fixes it is a really nice place.I would stay there again. Remember I did not complain or report this to the host . Host when we communicated was quick to respond and answered all questions I had. These to me were minor things. I was on vacation and did not want to deal with any problems or have someone trying to take care of those things while we were trying relax.

Eclipse 2024

We stayed here for the total eclipse, and it was perfect. The house was clean and had a fun design. There was a huge table for family dinners as well. The view from the back deck was awesome, and we spent hours there each day, enjoying the amazing weather. It was a great spot to watch the total eclipse. We did encounter a huge wolf spider inside and dozens of orb spiders above our heads on the back deck/patio, so perhaps the owners would consider spraying, but it wasn't a nuisance. It would have been nice to have been provided with firewood, but we found some in town and enjoyed the firepit. The neighborhood was very private, with nice roads and paths for walks. It was also a close drive to Crater Diamond Park and Hot Springs. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Location, Great House, But Not Maintained

The home itself and the location were great. It had a wonderful scenic view off the back deck. It had a pool table and air hockey table upstairs for evening fun time. The negative aspects are that the home and property were in neglect. The house had storm damage and two of the living room windows had the outer pane of glass broken out from hail damage we assume. Broken glass was present on the back patio and deck. The BBQ grill was disgustingly filthy. The yard had zero grass and was 100% weeds which had not been mowed and was 8"-1' tall (over your calves). The bathroom fixtures were very outdated and had missing and burned-out lightbulbs. It was very disappointing as we pulled up to the house for the first time. Although, the house was nice inside, the neglect will likely keep us from coming back.
