5 star reviews for this fully renovated bayFRONT beauty with all new everything. Steps to the beach, with wonderful outdoor pool and a double balcony offering unobstructed, gorgeous views. No parking fee. Carports are available too. No amentities fees. Outdoor shower by pool which also has views of the bay. Grill by the pool and picnic tables too. Pier to fish or crab right on-site with local fishing license; can be purchased at WalMart for $12 or any fishing store on the barrier island of Ocean City, Maryland. This is where you want to be every day! Super easy walking distance to several very popular locals favorite foody spots too. Building does offer washing machines and dryers on the ground level.

Must be at least 30 years old with proof of age verification.

Prices added for The Town Of Ocean City's 5% resort local occupancy tax and the state of Maryland's 6% sales tax that every single guest whether in a condo, duplex, hotel or townhouse is required to pay. Not per guest, per booked reservation.

Administrative/booking fee is to partially recover what I am charged to have the platform book and process your reservation. Refundable security deposit of $500 may be applied and that is why I need to know just a little something about you; specifically ages, the number of people, etc. Proof via a picture of your driver's license may be required.

The location is great, right on the Bay. The condo is nicely decorated with beach decor. The bathroom toilet wasn’t the cleanest. The tub was not draining so the bath water filled up. The owner did call a plumber right away to fix it. The check in instructions were very long and just sent in a message. I would suggest putting it in a word document so people can print or read it easier. The check in code was also buried in a super long instruction guide. The owner was condescending on the phone when we spoke and insulted me. She also was rude when I asked about what we needed to bring. Nothing is supplied- so we had to pack toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillows, etc. I won’t be booking this property again.

The place was fantastic! View from the balcony was amazing for coffee in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings. Location was great, especially if you like Seacrets! Check-in was as simple as it gets.

Bay Front

The check-in process and communication was great. We had one minor issue during our stay, that was beyond the owner’s control, and she called back immediately with a solution to the problem. It has a great community vibe, good location, a short trip to the beach, the pool is well maintained and clean. Our only area that was less than desirable was the comfort level of the beds and the size of the shower in the master bedroom.

Excellent condo with outstanding views of the bay where our toddler got the opportunity to see a stingray two mornings in a row and some small turtles swimming. Perfect location with anything you would like to do in Ocean City just minutes away. Communication with Marcy was excellent with some last-minute questions we had. Excellent pool, which sits adjacent to the bay as well. We will definitely look forward to staying again!Just a note for future guests, there is a Keurig coffee maker in this condo that has a reusable filter for ground coffee and of course it accepts K cups as well.

Beautiful Accomodstions

The condo is totally updated with all new finishes. It felt so comfortable inside and there was plenty of living area for my family and I (5 total). The location is close to everything and we had easy access to the bus stop also if we did not want to drive. The only downside was the size of the master shower and we had to rent linens for an extra 100 because we did not have room to bring our own. But we knew that going in. We loved it and Marcy was awesome and communicated immediately with any questions I had!

Amazing Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this Ocean City Condo. Location was perfect and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Having access to the pool during the evenings was a bonus after spending the mornings at the beach. Our son met friends and we created lasting memories. Definitely would book again!

Comfortable condo with great proximity to the beach. Very clean, well-maintained, gorgeous views. Marcy was always available and super helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Flip flop retreat

We loved the location of the place and it had such a gorgeous view. Only a few steps to the beach and it was peaceful and beautiful overlooking the bay. Condo was beautiful!

100 stars isn't enough for this rental!

Marcy was AMAZING and promptly answered any questions I had! I cannot say enough good things about her and the excellent communication throughout the week. The property is super clean which I am a big stickler about. I highly recommend adding the linen package so you don't have to lug all of that with you. The furniture was extra comfy. The view from the balcony WOW WOW WOW!!!!! Walking distance to so many places. Everything was just wonderful and cannot wait to return someday. The only down side was that we had to leave to go home. Thank you Marcy for EVERYTHING!

Great place to stay

Marcy was wonderful, friendly and communicated every step of the way. The views of the sunset are wonderful. We met a lot of locals that live full time in this condominium and they were all so friendly and kind. 10/10.

Flip Flop Retreat

This property had beautiful views and a great location. It is in walking distance to the beach and several excellent restaurants, candy shops, mini golf, etc. The condo was nice and perfect for our family of 4. My boys got their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was wonderful to work with! :)

Gorgeous Condo with an Amazing View

The condo itself is gorgeous. The balcony sunsets over the Bay are beyond words. While sitting there during the day we spotted gulls, turtles, fish, a JELLY FISH and even 2 STING RAYS!! The entertainment from the water creatures and the water crafts was so fun. The pool is great and my family had fun sitting there just relaxing. Marcy made the check in process easy, and the directions on how to find the specific unit were spot on. Our only dislike was that none of us found the beds comfortable, but everyone has different preferences, so don't let that deter you. (That's the only reason we said 4 not 5 stars for overall rating) Highly recommend this place.

Great condo with a magnificent bay view!

The condo is just as it looks online. The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered my question in minutes. It was easy to get in and out with the code and the neighbors were all very friendly. The beautiful bay view was my favorite part. We are a fishing family and we were about to fish with the kids on the docks below our room. Its a simple walk across the street to the beach. There is plenty of parking. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards etc right next door which was also fun! I would stay here again.

Wonderful 5 Star Condo!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The linen package was also a great and convenient option. The location was perfect with amazing views of the bay and a super easy walk across the street to the ocean. Also good dining options, mini golf, bowling and water sports all within easy walking distance. Marcy was a great host and we were thrilled with our trip. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Amazing View!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful home. The bay view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking!!! Everyone at Wight bay is friendly, and the host Marcy is wonderful! We are already looking forward to next year!!!!!

Newly found favorite condo

First of all the communication with Marcy was the best! Within seconds she responded. Helped me out with me forgetting to get the linen package. I changed our booking at the last minute to stay longer and she made it happen for us. The sunset views are the best I’ve ever experienced from a condo porch. Pool was still open so we were super excited. Definitely will return.
