Expected more

Check in was great, property was supposed to be card secured but all access doors opened without card. Pools were great nice variety indoor and out used 14 of them. Room was very dated and air conditioning was on or off could not maintain set temperature. Had a 4am knock on the door with a male trying to make a drug delivery and realized he had wrong room and ran off. Arcade had 3 games that worked rest took your money. Coffee shop was out of everything we ask on the menu. Trash all over the property on roofs and in halls. Overall it was a dirty place that if the pools had not been usable it would have been a hard pass. Parking garage was tall enough to fit vehicles without worry but spots are very tight.

Birthday with issues

The overall stay was great, but the air conditioner unit broke. It was over 80 degrees in there but the owner fixed it with a backup unit. The light fixture kept majority of us up all night, blinking off, and on the toilet broke, and the lights in the back of the unit stopped working. These issues didn’t stop us from celebrating our birthday girl 8th birthday! It slowed us down a little! Not sure if we’d book here again! Too many issues, one after another one! However, the owners bought my granddaughter a birthday cake, which I thought was extra sweet!

Great Location

Overall, we had a good experience. Pros: *Location! Right on the beach. Within walking distance to Walmart and Pizza. *View from Balcony *Fridge and Stove (can save money by cooking own meals) *Pools and Lazy Rivers (Indoor and outdoor) Cons: *Inaccurate listing...It only has 4 beds not 6 like in listing. It also doesn't have a dishwasher and the the toaster is broken. *Security of the Landmark resort (not the owners fault). Teenagers were throwing actual plates off the balcony of the 15th floor at other pool guests. Plates and dishes were smashing on the pavement. Security just gave them a warning. Constant Pot Smell on balcony of our room from other guests. Overall, we had a good experience here. It's location and views overmatched the negatives.

Did not want to leave

Nice clean family enjoyed the pools and be close to the beach. Will love to revisit when all the pools are open. But the room was very nice had everything you needed and more will visit his properties again. Don’t forget was close a Wal Mart and a lot of other stores.

Family Vacation

Renting the room and check in was very smooth and easy. Instructions provided before arrival was very clear and everything needed was waiting in the room. The only disappointment we had was learning we did not have access to the new slides because we didn't book directly with resort. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you for allowing your property to be our home away from home!

Everything was as listed

The room was great and the location was also, everything was mostly in walking distance. The view was everything that i was hoping for. I hope whenever i go back that room is available.

Spring Break 2023

My kids and I stayed here for Spring Break. It was truly amazing and had everything we could have dreamed of needing. The Murphy bed is so comfy and has the most amazing view of the ocean. You can just hear the waves crashing and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. My kids slept in the double beds and they were very comfy and cozy as well. The variety of pools kept my 16 year old son happy and busy. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Super clean and accommodating. We had a Wal-Mart marketplace that was less than a mile away, so we did a pick up order and we were set for the time there. Sam was so incredibly kind and we will be making this our new go to place. We found a yummy little restaurant named Thorneys and it will be a repeat place for us when we return. Sam, we appreciate you sharing your little piece of Heaven with us. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for being so kind.

Great location

Perfect location to everything! Loved the beach. Loved the pool. Walmart is a 5 minute walk, and tons of restaurants all in walking distance. I definitely would stay here again.

First time in Myrtle Beach

We have always gone to Virginia Beach, but wanted something different this year. We all agreed on Myrtle Beach because we had never been. I can honestly say that we absolutely loved everything about it. It’s our new go to.

I loved this ocean facing condo !!! The property owner/manager Sam was very responsive and helpful that made the stay more comfortable. The condo was beautiful and clean and safe! Landmark Resort is my favorite at Myrtle beach !! This was second visit to this place

Great house for a large group. Clean and well maintained property. Beautiful views.

The room was centrally located near all major attractions. The beachfront view was phenomenal and the point of contact was extremely helpful.
