Welcome to The Jackson Cottage! Brimming with coziness and natural light, this charming home is comfortable and convenient in all the best ways! Walkable to several of the city's top rated restaurants and only a 5 minute car ride from Downtown, you'll truly have it all when you settle into The Jackson Cottage!

Walk to the Nashville Farmer's Market and Bicentennial Mall or explore nearby Germantown - home of great eats/drinks/live music and the new baseball stadium. The convenience to downtown, the Gulch, the football stadium, and many more glorious staples of Nashville is the icing on the cake.

Layout:
This beautiful home is 2 stories. The main level is comprised of a large front hall, opening into the living room, kitchen & dining area and half bath. Laundry area is also located on this floor. The second level has a large primary bedroom with 2 queen beds and en suite bathroom. There are an additional 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), and there is a full bathroom with a separate vanity room. *Please note that the fireplace is purely decorative and not available for guest use!

Parking:
Parking is located on street directly in front of the home. If not available, park on same side of street. 

Neighborhood:
Germantown is one of the most vibrant and centrally located neighborhoods in Nashville. A few blocks northwest of downtown, it's lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and homes and is known for having some of the city’s best restaurants as well as shops, bars, and breweries.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
