A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Note: Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

Great Location-Place Needs a Little Care

We loved the location and the view from the balcony is the best! The resort is fun and the staff in the restaurant/bar areas are great. The condo itself needs some sprucing up of bedding and decor to make it more comfortable. Bath towels are great though!

Awesome weekend getaway

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and there were no issues (well, there wasn’t any spare toilet paper but that was not that big of a deal). The view is spectacular and the property features a lot of great amenities even with it being late October. We even got to catch the Halloween party at the restaurant. It’s definitely family friendly with many of the amenities geared towards kids. We had a great weekend!

The room was small compared to the pictures online, I was disappointed with the pools, the sheets had stains on them, and the tv was broke, also we didn’t have access to the pool in the front because we was in a private owned condo. The only real good thing was the view was amazing!

Dont do it.

You might enjoy your stay but you will loose your deposit. These people will come up with any reason to keep the deposit, your fault or not. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

Glitch with check in

It was a madhouse at the desk when we arrived but theoretically, we didn't need to go to the desk to check in. The key code was supposed to be emailed to us at 4pm but it wasn't. We got it about an hour later. Could have been worse. Nice property. Corner location made for a beautiful view.

Great ocean view

We had a great stay at the end of March. Condo was small but perfect size for a family with 2 young kids. They are very responsive to questions. Could have been cleaned better but we weren't all that bothered so we didn't contact them about the cleanliness (I'm sure they would send someone in to clean better). My only real issue with the condo is that there was no lock on the door other than the handle lock. I think there should be at least a chain lock or sliding lock for while you sleep. The condo is accessible by code.

The view from this place was amazing, its right on the ocean. I was able to open the sliding door and hear the waves. The condo itself needed some work. There was titles cracked in the floor, the stove missing nobs, the TV had black lines in it, looked like blood on the bathroom wall, and the sofa sleeper had staining. We got a strict list of things we would be charged for if ruined and all of these items were listed so I made sure to left them know immediately. The pool area was disgusting and so overcrowded we werent even able to enjoy it. I liked the onsite restaurant, it was reasonably priced. The ice cream area was also nice. I liked they had a convenient store and on site laundry. Do to the room condition and pool area, I dont think I would stay here again.

Verification process was kind of a pain. I was surprised they didn't ask for shoes sizes. The hotel was fine. The elevators are slow and the floors don't make any sense. You press five and stop on seven. The room itself was perfect for our needs, just a couple of cracked tiles and peeling paint, but very clean. Wi-Fi works great. Indoor pool and hot tub are salt water and open till eleven -that was nice. The coffee bar and restaurant are super slow, but good when it gets there. Little convenience store on site for the things you forgot. Staff were wonderful. Plenty of beach access and beautiful view. It's actually on the fourth floor (or maybe 3rd it's very confusing). Overall it suited us fine for a short stay, just some minor quirks. For the price we were perfectly happy with the room and would do it again.

2425 Sand Dunes

This unit needs repairs including water leak repair. Needs updates. No closet space, the dresser had broken handle, TV in living room had lines through it, very limited accessories in kitchen (no pot holders, measuring cups, etc), bed covers didn't fit, spare pillows looked stained, unit is smaller than pictured. Unit is on end so balcony had a nice, panoramic view. Resort had nice amenities, but remember renting outside resort doesn't include access to water park in front and this rental agency offers no refunds. We enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach but very little related to the room. We liked the location, amenities, and beach access.

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
