This house was absolutely filthy. The floors looked to have not been swept in a long time. There was grease built up on the stove, backsplash and range. The fridge had dried spilt milk, crumbs and other debris inside and hand prints all over the outside. Every mirror and glass door was covered in hand prints and smearing. Pubic hair in the toliet. We turned around and left, we did not stay. When asked if the house had been cleaned since the last guest, host said they had been there cleaning all day. There is no way, as the entire house was filthy. And that was just things visible to the eye. Host would not issue a refund and Vrbo was not helpful at all.

We had a nice overall stay. Super easy check-in. Great communication with Emmanuel, the host.The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, and towels. Parking was super easy, the location was great, and we felt safe the entire time. The home was clean, though there was a mild musty smell throughout. The main bathroom drain struggled a bit, and the kitchen could use more basic cooking essentials like pans, cookware, and tools, if you plan on cooking. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and we would stay here again. Thanks, Emmanuel!

Listing did not make clear that host live under the apartment. He is highly sensitive to children stomping before 11pm. Owner was extremely rude, calling me stupid repeatedly in a phone call because children were playing too loud in the living room.

Great location

V large, sunny, lots of space for dining and relaxing. Approx 2 miles from Golden Gate Park and an easy drive to the beach.

Perfect SF house with original details but good updates. We had four friends total staying for a long weekend, and we all had comfortable beds. Living room was great for hanging out and catching up, and the kitchen was big enough to let us do multiple food preps.Easy access to 19th Ave and traveling around the city.
