You'll find this Spanish style home both inside and outside finished in excellence. Located close to CocoWalk, many restaurants, beautiful gardens and Coconut Grove waterfront. The well appointed kitchen provides every function one could wish for. Stainless appliances include 48" range and ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and more. Bedrooms have a TV and beds are new foam mattresses. 70" TV in the living room with a leather couch, loveseat and chair and wood dining table and chairs. The laundry room is stocked and provides a new washer and dryer. Street parking is free or onsite can be arranged in gated parking area. Electronic entry into unit.

This place is awesome! Great location and Maria is a great host. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and the location and the place had everything and an awesome kitchen that made our stay perfect for our family. Maria was super accommodating and made our stay perfect! We will stay here every time we are in Miami!

This property & location were amazing. We felt very safe & comfortable walking to a local wine bar. Close to shopping & dining.There was every amenity you could need, clearly these hosts ate very considerate & generous.The interior was beautiful & very clean with lots of personality!We highly recommend a stay here!!

What a GEM in the grove! The plants and flowers alone set the tone upon entrance annd then it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic amenities…could not ask for more for a family of four. Hosts were wonderful and helped with additional accessible amenities for elderly family. We hope to visit again and definitely stay again here! Maria and Danny’s home is perfect!!

Beautiful stay, they had a bunch of random little amenities you might need during a vacation - shampoo, shaving cream, facial wash, etc. Loved their espresso machine, AC worked great.

There are not enough words to express how amazing our stay was! Maria has the most well appointed house i have ever stayed in! So many wonderful details! I myself have 3 short terms so my expectations are high and i was blown away! We have been coming down to Miami for the last 4 yrs because my daughter was attending The U, we stayed here for her graduation weekend and i wish we would have known about it 4 yrs ago because i would have stayed here every time! Fabulous kitchen! A chefs dream and to walk in to an espresso machine was cherry on top! Location was killer! We walked to farmers market and was a mere 2 miles to the University! We had both sets of grandparents in tow and the space was large enough for us all!! Exceptional stay!

LOVED OUR STAY!

Beautiful home in a great location, owners were so sweet and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. A couple of our nearby family favorites Crandon beach and Monty’s for dinner!

Cozy and Comfortable

Loved our stay at this property. The host was so gracious. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in time. We had had no issues with checking in early and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Beautiful and expansive!

The house is amazing! Huge beds, rooms, and bathrooms. Kitchen is beautiful and everything was perfect. It is in a cute neighborhood and very close to University of Miami.

Cool cozy place.

We really loved the house. . It’s super cozy and has a wonderful kitchen comfortable beds a lovely porch. I would gladly stay here again. Also, very quiet and very quiet.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations where as advertised with all the conveniences one would want and some very hospitable touches with fresh flowers, snacks and a bottle of wine. An easy walk to Coconut Grove, quick drive to the ball park or anywhere downtown Miami. Our hosts were very attentive and enjoyable.

Clean and beautiful

The hosts were super helpful and kind. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well as how well-stocked the kitchen was! My husband even made us espresso in the mornings, which was a real treat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Well located in the Grove, clean, stylish, and great hosts. Always considerate of our needs with well stocked basics and quick responses when asked a question. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we come back the the area.
