Stylish townhome, sleeps 8, pet friendly.

Come enjoy Augusta, in this stylish and newly remodeled townhome. Nestled in a quiet and safe area, but conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping and the famous Augusta Nationals Golf Course. With 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and separate dining area, you will have more than enough space to relax and feel at home. Off the back of the home there is a small enclosed patio, which leads to a large lawn and a creek, perfect spot for any 4 legged fur babies.

We have a digital key lock to enter the home, so you check in and out at your convenience. However I live just a few minutes away and so if any issues arise I am happy to come and help.

There is one parking spot reserved for the unit, but plenty of visitor parking all around as well. I have never had any problems with parking right in front of the unit. The home is just around the corner from Washington Rd, which is one of the main roads in Augusta, and just a short drive to the freeway as well.
- No smoking on the property
- Please clean up after your pets. Please clean up poop and fur, and leave no evidence a pet was there.
- Absolutely no parties or exceeding the maximum number of guests. The neighbors will call the police.

Cozy needs some minor repairs.

The stay was overall good. Chrck in and out was easy. It felt cozy and smelled clean. But carpets could use a cleaning,the fan in the first room up the stairs needs some tending to, and the upstairs shared bathtub doesn't drain and the master shower spicket is loose. However I would stay again if these things were taken care of in the future.

Baths misrepresented.

Home is a townhouse. Stairs were very creaky. Sounded and felt like they were gonna crack under our feet. Ad said 3 baths but there is only 2 full baths with a half bath downstairs. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Amazing home away from home

This home had everything! It was very clean and the owner was amazing. We will most definitely be staying here again. Don’t pass up on this one of kind rental when looking for homes to vacation in. You won’t be disappointed I promise!

We spent the weekend in Augusta with our family of 8. The house was the perfect size for us and it was well stocked with basic needs. Everything was brand new and comfortable. The neighborhood appeared safe and friendly. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and conveniently located to downtown access. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Nice on the pictures Bit Not in real life

The house looks very open, bright and modern in the pictures. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The air conditioning hummed all the time the downstairs was dark and uninviting it was very dirty. There were dogs and human hairs in the bed, the sheets were covered in yellow stains and there was a yellow-green spot in the fridge that could not be identified more precisely. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms are also very well equipped. The neighborhood looks a bit run down but totally fine. The neighbors are very nice.

Huge Mistake - checked out early due to uncleanliness but did t ge

Rolled in late Sun -reserved for Sun-Thurs nights…which gave extra 3.5 hours to clean the place…didn’t happen. Host said previous guest was there for a month and left a “disaster”…true words! Here is a list of things that weren’t right - storm door missing, door frame loose as I opened door (could have pushed door open while locked), refrig door pock-marked with divots/scratches and left to rust, coffee pot dirty ( I cleaned it), dead spider on mini blinds (I removed it), cheap plastic trash can with foot pedal that did not work in kitchen (had to set lid on floor), huge load of towels left damp in dryer (I finished drying them), downstairs bathroom has a slow draining sink (if I had a Drain Weasel, I would have fixed it), LR rug had Dorito chips strewn all about (I cleaned it up), couch had cookie crumbs all over (I cleaned it), LR rug and couch pillows smelled like wet dog/dog urine, back patio had dog toys left behind (so that checked out with dog smells), found front storm door propped up against back wall on patio, several steps up to second floor were not flush with floor…protruded upwards from leading edge at a 15-20 degree angle (definite tripping hazard for small kids and older adults), in middle BR found spent sunflower seeds all around floor near bed (I picked up many pieces but left many behind - had made a 15 hr trip and was tired of cleaning this place up), found a large yellow stain on pillow/comforter in same room (assumed this was dog urine stain & removed both items from bed), all mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, wife removed handful of hair from main tub, found pink/red mold all over main tub plastic shower liner, saw two bugs and a mosquito emerge from broken tile in main tub (I killed all 3 insects but grandson woke with 3 mosquito bites next morning), main bed headboard is extremely loose, main bathroom floor tile is missing grout and loose/cracked in several places, all TV remotes had dead batteries (I bought & replaced batteries in living room remote). I visited family all day Mon and came back to this smelly/nasty place late that night. I emailed host that we wanted to check out next morning and asked to be reimbursed for Tues thru Thu nights. She wanted to have cleaner come back on Tues to “make it right” before reimbursing us. No way one cleaner could make this place right in one day. She performed her own sniff test and couldn’t smell dog/urine, so refused to refund us. We checked out and paid $500 to stay at a

It’s an older place that needs some cosmetic fixing like painting walls. The front door lock was broken, but the owner had a handyman come out and fix it when we asked. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners made sure we had everything we needed like extra blankets, and a kitchen full of dishes, pots/pans and everything we needed to cook for ourselves and do our laundry. They even had a very sweet welcome basket with food and coffee. The beds were comfy, AC worked well, tvs had streaming apps set up, showers were good. The area wasn’t pretty, but was safe and well located for our activities. The owner was a great communicator and responded to questions and concerns very quickly.

It worked for what we needed

We recently stayed at this VRBO property and were disappointed to find that it did not match the impression given by the listing photos. While the images suggest a more modern and upscale environment, the reality is that this is an older townhouse with noticeable signs of age. Some cosmetic upgrades have been made, but they don’t compensate for the dated overall condition of the property. If you’re expecting elegance or higher-end accommodations, as the pictures might imply, this may not be the right choice. In terms of amenities and atmosphere, it’s more in line with what you’d expect from an EconoLodge rather than a premium rental. The carpet and smell gave a feeling of not being that clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet aligning with the bathroom tile didnt but up together so my shoe got caught underneath the tile and hurt my toe tremendously. Overall no hiccups in checking in and served a place to sleep and shower but i wouldnt stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, easy to get to an excellent location to all the restaurants.

Would recommend and would personally stay there again when the need arises. Furniture in the living room is very comfortable, all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Very easy to be able to access the property once the property manager gives you the code, very quick responses from the property manager as well highly recommend

I love this condo because it's stylish and fun. I wanted to make it feel hip and comfortable, and yet very affordable! I love the kitchen, how it looks and how its stocked. All new appliances and furniture throughout the house! I love that it has a private deck so pets can take a break outside, but also has a full grass lawn and creak if you want to take them on a leash to explore. It's close to the freeway which can take you anywhere in Augusta in just a few minutes, but also only a short 5 minute drive to lots of amazing restaurants. The complex is quiet and safe and the townhome is quite large. Its the cost of a hotel, but with 4 times the space!!

Pet friendly is hard to find!! We love that guests can travel with their pets and leave them in a safe home while they are gone.
