Renovated in May of 2022 this condo has been freshly updated to ensure a comfortable stay. Located on the second floor of the Vista Hermosa Condos you will access the condo using a door code for keyless entry.
Step inside the condo to a small foyer with closet storage and direct access to the galley kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinetry, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. The kitchen is fully appointed including pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishware, and more providing you with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Find small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and more.
From the foyer entrance you will step into the roomy living space that flows from the dining space all the way to a beautiful, enclosed lanai. The dining table is set for four and an additional table provides seating for four more on the lanai. Step into the living space and relax on an oversized pull-out sofa or the accompanying reading chair. Put your feet up and enjoy the smart TV ready to stream all your favorite shows on Netflix and more. Extra linens are provided for the pull-out sofa. Spend your mornings and evenings on the lanai feeling the Florida breeze pour through the windows. A small couch provides the perfect place to unwind and relax.
Step into the beautiful master ensuite featuring a shiplap accent wall and a brand-new king mattress with crisp linens and plush pillows.
