Enjoy all 4 seasons at this spacious, pet friendly home! Great views, sleeps 10

You won’t be able to look away from the spectacular Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge mountain views offered by this Wintergreen townhouse located 3,600 feet up at the top of the mountain! Enjoy hanging out on the two decks staring out at the spectacular scenery after long days full of skiing, hiking and exploring all that Wintergreen has to offer. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms there is tons of room to bring all your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Watch the sunset as you sit in front of the fire and make s'mores. Pets are welcome:) This is one spot guaranteed to leave you with a ‘Positive Altitude!’

The house has 4 floors so lots of space to relax and play in. The bottom floor has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The third floor has the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and porch. There are two more bedrooms that share a full bath; a queen-sized bed in one room and a twin/trundle bed in the other. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and half-bath. The fourth floor bedroom/playroom has a twin/trundle and full bath.
The house has 5 bedrooms which can sleep 10 people.
There is a great overview just steps away from the house where sunsets are absolutely amazing!! It's also a great place to play the permanent sets of bocce ball, corn hole and shuffle board that are there. We have bean bags and a bocce ball set at the house!
Our home is in the Shenandoah Ridge neighborhood. Renters have access to Stoney Creek golf course and Rodes Farm Pool, both of which are in the Valley, and Chestnut Springs Pool, a heated pool which is on the mountain. Wintergreen Spa is within walking distance of the house and offers amazing spa treatments. Due to a policy of Wintergreen resort, unaccompanied guests (renters) are not allowed access to the gym, indoor pools or Devils Knob golf course. You will have access to the tennis courts and paddle ball courts; court fees apply.
The area boasts a TON of great breweries, wineries and restaurants. Hiking is one of our favorite activities and there are a plethora of hikes in and around Wintergreen. Check out the tubing during the summer and winter months!

Great spot! Lots of room for folks to have their own space. Location is great. Just fYI for future NYE travelers…. You cannot see the fireworks. No one implied we would be able to see them…. Just wanted to share.

Stay was great. Property manager was diligent and courteous. Maybe consider adding water heater turn on process to checkin directions. Also wintergreen does offer shuttle service. Directions for that service isn’t widely publicized at the resort. Maybe cinder that in directions for weekend stays

Good Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend here. The shuttle picks you up right at the entrace of the neighborhood, which was great because parking down by the lodge is horrific. The place was great as far as space was concerned. The TV was hard to operate and if you didn't read the description carefully you would not know that you need to plan to bring your own wood or reach out ahead of time to have it delivered. The market at the resort does sell wood for 8 per bundle. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying here to those that need a lot of space.

Family Ski Weekend

Overall this was a great place. There could have been more towels provided. I think that a few new area rugs, etc. would make the condo look better. There were a few items missing from the kitchen such as a toaster, a k cup coffee machine, large serving bowl, etc.

Cozy stay for New Year’s celebration

We enjoyed the comfort of this roomy and well-equipped home during a 4-day visit over New Year’s. With 4 adults and 3 kids, there was plenty of space for all. The location is convenient to Devil’s Knob golf course—a great place for walking during the winter — and to Fire & Frost, a terrific craft pizza spot. The kitchen is well stocked. Just up the road is a small dog park that also has a bocce court, shuffleboard, and cornhole, which we enjoyed, despite winter temperatures. We’d love to come back for a visit next year!

This is a fantastic spot in Wintergreen! Location is excellent, plenty of space, and well equipped/designed for a getaway for friends or family. Emily was great to work with, and we look forward to going back- thank you!

Family ski weekend

We had so much fun skiing, tubing, hiking, having family meals together, playing board games, talking and laughing. This rental gave us plenty of bedrooms, a nice set up for cooking, eating and gathering together. But plenty of privacy w bedrooms spread out on three floors.

Comfortable & convenient on top

Excellent townhouse on top of the mountain. Good views, pleasant decks, wonderful breeze blowing through. Large, comfortable and well-appointed. Near a lot of walks and restaurants. Overall just great.

Perfect New Year

We had a wonderful time. We loved the resort. Took the grandkids skiing and tubing. We had a wonderful hike not far from the house. The view from the house is beautiful. We visited a couple of brewery near by. Back home and missing all of it!

Delightful

This end unit townhome is in a great location, close to the mountain activities. The home has fantastic views, great gathering spaces and also allows for privacy. Everything we needed was there with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bedding, and even throws on the furniture. Emily was quick to respond to all of our questions. She even sent us notice that snow tubing would be opening. The kids had a blast with that! This is a lovely place to stay for a great vacation!

Awesome property, incredible location and view!

Very nice property with a great layout for sleeping arrangements and privacy for the entire group. Convenient end unit with an outstanding view, western facing for watching sunsets. Property was super clean and well appointed. Emily was great at responding to my inquiries and answering all my questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

3day weekend get away

I give this property 5 star! This place is so clean. Love to cook and bake that’s one thing I look for when I’m renting a place the kitchen is complete with everything you needed. From pots snd pan to silver ware they are very clean. I will definitely rent this place again! Thank You Emily for the quick response when I have any question. I recommend this place if you are looking for something that is absolutely clean.
