ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Just 10 minutes on back roads to Temecula's Wine Country & close to golf, shopping & Pechanga Casino. The home is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 2500 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town.

THE SPACE
Make yourself at home in our 4 bedroom getaway just 10 minutes to Wine Country. Room for the whole family with four bedrooms (one downstairs with full bath) which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There are smart TV's in the family room and all of the bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with newer paint and carpet. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set, bbq grill, tetherball and fire pit. There are several games included in the closet and a mini pool table upstairs. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller. Please just request from the host when booking your stay.

Need early check-in or late checkout, just ask. Please keep in mind that our booking calendar can be unpredictable so we may not be able to confirm the availability of early check-in or late checkout until 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure.

Note that all TV's have a Roku device for streaming but there is no cable box for local TV. You'll want to login to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room fireplace is decorative and usage is not included. There is a futon in the loft, but admittedly it's not too comfy. Ideal for kids or people who can sleep anywhere.

This is a quiet residential community. We invite you to enjoy yourself outdoors but ask that you be respectful to the neighbors be keeping the noise level to a minimum during sleeping hours. Please no parties, events or unregistered guests.

We did not cook but the house was well equipped and lots of counter space. Beds were very comfortable. A washer and dryer was available but we didn’t use. Very comfortable and convenient location for us. Chris was super responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place and consider coming back again!

Nice house layout. We liked the downstairs bedroom for some privacy away from the kids, Fenced in back yard with tetherball and court, grass, fire pit, and patio area. Close to parks and stores. Kid-size (48”) pool table was a big hit. The only con - no roasting or baking pan big enough for a turkey. Luckily we brought our own. Also, frying pan is a medium size, and it was difficult to use for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Recommend you add those to your kitchen supplies.

Clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen was great. I only wish there were larger pans (10 or 12 inch), better knives and foil. I loved the thoughtful gift basket with goodies and card from the host.

Nice Home

Nice home and nice location. Only minor changes I would make are as a family of 10, the pull out futon upstairs could not fit my two teenage sons so we had to put one on floor. The couch downstairs needs to be replaced with big sink holes in them m, and the kitchen needs to be better stocked to feed all of us. Other than that, we had a nice welcome basket and handwritten note, wood for the outdoor fire pit and nice bedrooms with televisions. Thank you for a great weekend.

Webb Wedding

Great location to stay at for family wedding at a local winery. Large enough for 3 families and 2 toddlers. Great yard for play & relaxing. Easy access to local wineries and towns for shopping.Rooms were good, 3 full baths with one of the beds and full baths downstairs for grandparents. Open Kitchen, family room & eating area and access to backyard allowed easy family interaction and watch the kids.Thank you, you have a nice home away from home.

Clean and cute

Plenty of room for my friends and I. The house is perfect location for wineries and down town Temecula with just a short uber drive. The house was clean and smelled great! Would definitely stay there again! The host also communicates very well

Great place to gather

This home worked really well for our group of 8 adults gathering to celebrate Christmas. There was ample room for us to socialize in the living room as well as to gather in the dining room for our meals and games. The home is well stocked and everything was in good working order. I also really appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager both in advance of our arrival and with responding to a question when we were on site.

Great location and wonderful host

We came to town for a family event nearby. We had plenty of room, the accommodations are spacious and clean. We also had our pets with us, they are pet friendly and it was perfect. We appreciated this property and the host was very communicative, we would return again.

Perfect place for family or large group

Our family of 8 stayed at the property to attend a wedding in the area. Perfect location, close to the wineries and downtown Temecula. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Perfect home and location

We booked our stay for a weekend in Temecula. The homes location was a perfect proximity to wineries, grocery stores and Old Town Temecula. The home was sparkling clean upon arrival and Chris was very accommodating and responsive with us. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. There were 5 adults and we each had enough space, rooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable.

Better Than Expected

We recently stayed here for my wedding at one of the wineries. The distance to the winery was very close and convenient. The house itself was so much better than the pictures. It was clean and had absolutely everything we could have asked for or needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough essentials. We took our dog and the backyard was perfect for him and the kids to run around in. Check in and checkout were a breeze with no crazy rules or requirements. Only complaint from some was that some of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but the one in the master b/r was very comfortable. All in all our stay was absolutely great.

Definitely met our needs

The house was comfortable with a nice layout, which met our needs. The owner / property manager was responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We liked the neighborhood with parks, walking trails and close to wineries, restaurants, grocery stores.

Loved the space

We were visiting family in this area. We were right down the street and the boys loved coming over to stay with us! The host even left some games for us to play. We were able to feel right at home. We will be looking forward to staying on our next visit too!

Cleanest Home Away from Home

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this property was. I usually clean anywhere... literally ANYWHERE... I stay before I can feel comfortable. I didn't feel that way here. It was so nice to just relax. All of the linens, throws, blankets were all freshly cleaned. There was no evidence that pets actually stayed (or could stay) there except seeing actual bowls that you could use for them. The departure directions were clear and concise, but not overwhelming like some others. There was enough room for our whole group to not feel on top of each other. It was close to the location we were visiting and the neighborhood was clean and felt safe. I will definitely stay again when I return.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this home in 2016 and called it home for 5 years. We decided to make it a short term rental because Temecula doesn't allow short term rentals anymore. This is an unincorporated area where it's still allowed but it's still close to wineries, golf, Pechanga Casino, etc. We're about 10 minutes from wineries, an hour to San Diego and an hour to Orange County.
