📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🚮 Trash Chutes are located by the stairwell
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚗 TWO (2) parking passes is included in the Cleaning Fee and will be set up in condo upon arrival.
🔹 If you need an extra pass ($30.00/pass), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or you can purchase one from Sugar Sands down the road from the condo.
🔹 Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times while on the property.
🔹 Parking is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any available space.
🔹 The cost of parking passes is set by Tradewinds Management and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Since Tradewinds Condos is located directly on the beach, you can spend your days swimming in the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand, or trying your hand at watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, or paddle boarding.

🎡 The Wharf:
The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.
There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows

🎣 Fishing:
Orange Beach is a great place to go fishing, both inshore and offshore.
There are many charter fishing companies that offer trips for a variety of fish, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.

🐬 Dolphin Watching Tours:
Take a boat tour to see the amazing bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the waters off the Alabama coast.
