Duplex w/ Park View, King-size bed!
During your stay at our duplex guest apartment, you'll wake up everyday to beautiful views of the neighborhood's private park, taking loads of fresh air while you work out on the treadmill or stationary bike. Your home away from home is within walking distance of the supermarket and the mall, and just a 30min drive from the airport!
The master room is very spacious and has 2 closets, a Tv with local tv and internet access, a full bathroom and a King-size bed. The bed is comprised by 2 twin-size beds put together and dressed with king-size linens.
The master bedroom also has a spacious balcony, with a balcony table and seats, a treadmill and a stationary bike that you can use to work out while enjoying the park view.
The 2nd bedroom is perfect for families traveling with childred, and can also accomodate 2 adults. In the bedroom there are 2 twin-size beds and a Tv with Roku which you can use to log in to your favorite streaming accounts. Outside the 2nd room you'll also find a minifridge that you can use for your convenience.
On the 2nd floor you'll find the kitchen, living room and dining area, with a full size fridge, a couch and a third Tv with DirecTv cable access. The 2nd bathroom (half bathroom) is also on the 2nd floor, and next to it you'll find a washer/dryer you can use.
The 2nd floor also has a balcony with a table and 2 comfortable reclining seats to relax in.
Please note that the kitchen runs on a gas gallon, if by any chance the gallon empties during your stay, just let me know so we can change it for a full one.

Jesus María is one of the most centric and peaceful neighborhoods in Lima. It's just a short drive from the airport, and very close to financial district San Isidro and touristy neighborhood Miraflores.
The building is located in a very quiet area, facing a beautiful private park which will allow you to enjoy peace and great views. Just a few blocks away is Metro, a supermarket where you'll find everything you need for your stay!
Also within walking distance is Real Plaza, one of the best malls in Lima where you'll find many shopping options, restaurants, and movie theaters.
