Bring the family and never leave w/ amazing views from 3 deck areas of deep-water Lake Travis. The main deck offers recently updated, fully equipped modern kitchen. Home has game room w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and a large TV. A large hot tub is located on private patio. Modular outdoor grill system with large outdoor dining table and deck. Take trolley down to water, and while not able to accommodate any boat or jet ski docking; it is perfect for fishing and swimming in deep water Lake Travis. Located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood; we encourage family retreats only, and appreciate your understanding parties or any type of friend celebrations will be declined. The property's limited grassy areas are designated for guests usage, so we do not allow pets on the property as well. This home offers everything; no one will want to leave.

Gorgeous house. Friendly host. Everything as advertised. Beautiful location. We will stay again. Outstanding. Only gripe is no overnight dock access, which the owner states clearly in descriptions, and that you are beholden to Texas rainfall for lake Travis water levels. The lake was full and beautiful for us but I would propose checking.

Great for Family Thanksgiving!

We had the whole family here for Thanksgiving, great venue, very comfortable and all the amenities. The Master suite was very large and comfortable with an awesome fireplace. Only complaint was the fireplace in living room didn't work, but still a 5* experience!

Guys getaway

Great place to stay. Water access, plenty of room, game room, and more. Five of us stayed for a long weekend getaway. Awesome views and property manager was available and very nice. The property was as advertised and very clean.

Awesome lakehouse

Great house (beautiful & roomy interior) with direct access to a dock on the lake and an awesome game room (pool, air hockey, etc). Property manager, Shelley, was very responsive and great to work with. About the only thing we’d recommend would be to add more pots and cookie sheets to make it an even better an excellent place to host a family, large family gathering for holiday but more pots are needed as we are big cooks when we are on vacation. Then suggest more noodles for floating in the lake.

Great spot for the solar eclipse

Rented this house for 6 adults and 4 kids to spend a fun weekend and watch the solar eclipse. House was very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and all the outdoor space on the patio and 2 decks. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen was well equipped, though it would've been nice to have a few more dishes and a non-stick pan. If you're considering renting this place and trying to figure out sleeping arrangements, be aware that the master bedroom is huge (takes up half of the second floor, and the second floor deck is only accessible through the bedroom). The other three bedrooms are much smaller. The bunk room in particular is very small, but it worked fine for our 4 kids who were all between 4 and 11 years old.

Beautiful home! Be respectful of neighbors and be quiet after 10pm outside!

This home is spectacular! The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. Amazing kitchen with two ovens, immaculate throughout, and three decks of beautiful views! There were 8 of us and it felt like there could have easily fit 5 more people comfortably. The lake level is high enough for the views to be amazing. The hot tub was sparkly clean and the air hockey and pool tables were great for the kids. That being said, the homes are close together and the neighbors understandingly want quiet after 10pm. The owners do pay attention to their outside camera, so be sure to notify the agent if additional people plan to visit. If you are chill and watch the noise outside after 10pm, this house is a steal at current listed price.
