Welcome to No 7. An Immaculate 2 bedroom ground floor flat in the new town of Tornagrain, Inverness.
The flat comprises of one double bedroom, one Twin-bed bedroom, shower/ toilet and an open plan lounge / dining room, all rooms are decorated in a very tasteful way. A Travel cot and Highchair can also be supplied on request for those smaller guests.
Located in a quiet Street in the new Town of Tornagrain with easy access to the property and free parking available. An ideal location for those people that wish to visit the City of Inverness but stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City life. A great location for a couples retreat or family staycation with lots of country walks in the vicinity of the property and Grocery store, Pharmacist and restaurants in the local area.
From the flat you can head to Inverness, which is about 9 Miles from the city, by bus, Taxi or your own car. Having your own car is probably essential should you wish to visit loacl tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Loch Ness, Landmark Adventure park, Highland Wildlife Park and possibly the towns of Aviemore for outdoor adventure activities, Nairn for the long beautiful beaches or Ardersier for a beautiful coastal walk and to perhaps see some of the local wildlife such as Dolphins and seals.
Inside the flat you will find all the home comforts you need to have a comfortable stay with all linen and towels provided as well as complimentary Tea, coffee and coffee machine pods as well as free WIFI & NETFLIX and a smart TV for cosy nights in.
The flat really is immaculate, I clean it myself and my standards are exceptional. The new Mattresses are very comfortable to ensure you have a great sleep. The flat is on the ground floor with no steps or stairs to climb from when you leave your car to enter the building. It has a security access system on the main door.
Inverness is a great city to see on foot, the Town house on Bridge Street, the Castle, both well worth a photo opportunity. It has an amazing number of restaurants and pubs as well as plenty family activities in the local area and there is ample parking throughout the city.
On the way into Inverness there is a large Retail park with a Vue Cinema Complex, Tesco Store, Costa, Starbucks, NEXT, Boots, Argos and Frankie and Bennies to name a few. In Inverness there are also many shops within the Eastgate Centre, High Street and Victorian Market as well as many takeaway restaurants that deliver to your door.
This property really is a jewel of a find and is perfectly situated for anyone wishing to get away for a relaxing time or an activity holiday. A two-night minimum stay is in place unless agreed otherwise.
Now go on, get booked up, you know you want to.

Phone reception at the flat is poor with only a few spots by the window where you can get signal. Phone signal outside the flat is fine. The Wifi is also good within the flat.

Very comfy and clean, close to airport

Really enjoyed staying here the night before our flight out of Inverness. Only about 6 mins drive from the airport rental car return! Very clear check in instructions, nice shower, comfy bed, and very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great flat close to airport

This is a lovely and comfortable flat convenient to the airport. It's like new and has everything you need and is walking distance to a small shop for groceries. It's a very quiet community. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and quiet

Great property. We were a family group of three and this property was great. Super clean, which my elderly mother appreciated, and very quiet, which my elderly father appreciated. I loved that it was easy to find, on the ground floor and great communication with the owner. The shower was great pressure and hot, which I appreciated. Great stay.

Gorgeous home in quaint community!

We loved our stay at this adorable, quaint home in Tornagrain. This peaceful area was delightful, and a small shop across the road had some groceries and wine/spirits too. The home was new, beautifully decorated and we loved spending our evenings there. It had everything we needed. We were surprised by some of the historic sites that were very close by too. Only a 15 minute drive from Inverness, but well worth it. Thank you Ali.

Fabulous flat

This property was delightful. Everything you need in a well presented and organised flat. Communication from the hosts was excellent. There is a little shop across the road and the property is well positioned to explore Inverness/ Fort George etc. I would highly recommend a visit.

Cozy spot

This place was wonderful! Check in process/parking was extremely simple. There was plenty of room for my spouse, myself and our two friends. The apartment was warm and inviting with a lot of homey touches. It is an easy drive to Cullden Battlefield and Inverness. You can’t beat the location to Inverness airport either. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous flat in lovely surroundings

No.7 is a beautiful ground floor flat in a new and upcoming town. Very well presented and clean. There was everything we needed in the flat and had a great stay. Brilliantly located for the local attractions and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise from the airport. Would highly recommend and stay again if we’re in the area again. Clean and welcoming - tea cakes were a nice touch. However, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable and thin. Bathing towels were scratchy and thin. Interior doors are heavy and self closing which made it difficult and awkward to move around.

Exceptional stay!

This was a super clean, comfortable, fresh, modern flat in an attractive, newly developed community near the Inverness airport. For our travel purposes, Culloden, the Clava Cairns, and Inverness were all close by for easy touring. The Loch Ness area was easily reached as well. Tesco and other services located 10 minutes away, easy roads. Gracious, responsive host! Fabulous stay!

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in. It was scrupulously clean, cozy and had everything you would ever need. Great flat in a lovely village

The flat is very comfortable and well outfitted. Tornagrain is a lovely little village. There's a small shop with just about everything you need to survive for however long you're staying. We'll be here again, if we're flying out of Inverness.

I am enjoying this new career change and seem to be doing it very well and I am finding great pleasure is meeting guests and providing a safe, immaculately clean, living environment for them to stay. I have very high standards for cleanliness and providing good customer service which can be seen as soon as you enter the flat, it truly is immaculate. I see it as my goal to make sure every guest has the best possible stay in my property and I am always on hand for any issues you may have, before, during or after your stay. Contact can be made with me through Text, Phone, Messenger or Email. On the Key fob there is a Trolley Token which has my Mobile Number on it. This is my gift to you for you to use the Trolley Token if you need one whilst shopping but also so that you always have my contact details handy if you have a problem, need advice or need any other information whilst using the apartment. Just check out the reviews so far for this property and those related to my other property, both are excellent and speak for themselves. The property is an ideal base for visiting the Highlands or staying over before your trip on the North Coast 500. If travelling on an early flight from Inverness or arriving back on a late night to Inverness airport the property is located just a 10 minute drive from the Airport which is ideal for you to start your journey refreshed from a good night sleep before your flight or have a relaxing evening after arriving back to Inverness from a long haul journey before commencing you journey the next day.
The flat is also ideal for Golfers looking to explore local Highland courses such as Castle Stuart Golf Links, a course that was featured in the 2016 Scottish Open or the Nairn Dunbar, another Championship Links Golf Course there are also many other Golf courses in and around the Inverness and Morayshire area, all within a short drive from the flat which has plenty room to store all your clubs etc.
Or why not book a day out Kayaking or SUP boarding, with known local instructors available in the local area for Sea Kayaking, Loch or River Kayaking or SUP Boarding on Loch Ness or other local lochs just ask for details and I can pass them on. No 7 is the ideal stay for exploring for adults, families or children.
