Sleeps 25 with 7.5 baths~ Luxurious New House with all private amenities including Pickleball Court! This property can sleep up to 25 with the additional attached Bonus Room or you can just book the 6BR/5BA main house that sleeps 20. The Bonus Room adds 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (twin over twin) and 2 full bathrooms. THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE INSTANT QUOTE IS BASED ON THE 6BR/5BA. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BONUS ROOM. The Bonus Room will be quoted upon request or more than 20 guests.

~We welcome large groups, wedding parties, golf groups and sports teams~ We can accommodate Bus Parking on the property. There will be additional cost for events held on the property. We are only about 5 miles to the Foley Sports Complex and BEACH!!

This property backs up to 3 other of our properties. The back yard privacy fence has a corridor to access to the other properties. This would be perfect for large groups that would require more space than what this house provides. Between the 4 houses would accommodate up to 93 guest. All Amenities are private to the house and the property does have privacy fencing. The back yard offers private pool & Spa, Pool screen enclosure, outdoor half bath, Professional Pickleball Court, soccer goal, horseshoes, tetherball and basketball goal. This property also offers a large gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating and outside granite table for grilling preparation with a sink. Plenty of activities for everyone of all ages!! The pool can heated for an additional charge for your stay. Ask at booking!

This booking is for 6 bedrooms with 5.5 baths. You can add the Bonus Room for an additional fee. The Bonus Room adds sleeping for 6 guest and two full baths. Inquire before booking to add the Bonus Room.

TV in each bedroom is not a smart tv and no cable service provided. Currently working on upgrading TVs to provide free tv app. Subscriptions are at renters expense. TV upgrades completed by 12/31/25

We are Pet Friendly with owner approval. Max two dogs per stay. Fee is $25.00 per dog, per day. You will be required to sign our Pet Policy at booking.
