All non-registered on reservation overnight persons, any time of day or night visitors, attendees/invitees to the property are considered extra guests and will be charged $50CAD per person per each occurrence
Up to 2 pets at a flat rate of $145CAD per stay. Contact host if there are more than 2 pets for further accommodation at their discretion
Smoking/vaping indoors deep cleaning via ozone generator fee @ $500CAD
Hottub drain&fill fee @ $500CAD, pool @ $1,000CAD
THE SPACE:
Welcome to Crescent Manor, a private abode tucked away in a quaint serene crescent's neighborhood of Prince George, known for an abundance of old growth trees lining the streets & its friendly neighbors. Located within walking distance to hospital, BC Cancer Center, downtown core & Duchess park which features an updated children's playground, pump track, tennis courts, off leash dog park & biking trails. Nearby there is a movie theatre, a shopping mall, various restaurants & other amenities.
Although this home has undisputable character charm, it is also well appointed and equipped with top of the line modern amenities like strong air conditioning and high efficiency forced air heat throughout, electric baseboards in the bedrooms with independent switches for extra coziness and individual comfort, high end wood fireplace insert with a stack of dry firewood ready to go, smart/dimming light switches with usb/usb-c chargers, beautiful clawfoot bathtub in the master on-suite with an assortment of hand picked bath products, two full bathrooms, 65 inch smart TV for your viewing pleasure, powerful indoor/outdoor Bluetooth sound system, another smart TV in the master, quality leather couches, solid wood furnishings throughout, luxury high thread count cotton sheets, lots of fluffy pillows and feather-filled duvets on all beds.
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. Cozy throw blankets, a towel warmer, thoughtful touches and little surprises await to be discovered by you inside.
Upstairs of this house (3,000 sqft on single floor rancher style, no stairs, no split level) is very spacious with large bedrooms, many common areas and adequate space to comfortably house your whole group. The quarter acre yard is very private and wraps around the house giving it an estate feel.
Backyard is a large oasis equipped with an executive Jacuzzi hot tub in a very private setting, a heated pool with a dedicated deck (seasonal), a large bouncy castle slide (seasonal), a swing set, fire pit, lots of patio furniture (seasonal) and intimate accent lighting. The yard has lots of shade while the pool deck is a perfect sun tanning spot. Large barbecue grill is available for use on the back deck as well.
That being said, please keep in mind that the basement suite of this home is owner occupied - quiet hours in effect every night and sharing of the yard with us is a fair expectation.
Winter time bring long extension cords to plug in vehicle block heaters as we have outdoor outlets for your convenience.
We are a pet friendly space and have taken the steps to make your furry family feel extra at home here - a large and a small dog beds in the master, food/water bowls in the kitchen, poop bags with a scooper off the back deck are complementary. Backyard is fully fenced with steel mesh all around and under the gates to keep even the smallest of pups in.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need including gas range stove, large fridge with a bottom freezer drawer, dishwasher, large microwave, drip coffee maker, ice machine, waffle maker, manual juicer, kettle, toaster, filtered water jug, all sizes pots and pans, loads of dishes/cups, cutlery and so on.
There is an in-suite washer and dryer available for use with detergent and dryer sheets provided.
Theatre room has a large selection of DVD's, ambient lighting and comfortable sitting areas.
Dedicated office space has a monitor screen with an HDMI connection to your laptop, wireless printer and a speaker system.
Smart alarm and outdoor surveillance system are present on this property for yours and our home's safety.
If you are interested in hosting small gatherings at our property, we allow it at our discretion only and you may contact us directly for a separate quote. We are a popular and centrally located local venue with affordable rates for family events, birthday/engagement celebrations and boudoir/family/couple shoots.
GUEST ACCESS:
Convenient check-in with an electronic key pad. Abundance of out front free street parking available that can accommodate long trailers, uhauls, etc and can be seen from master bedroom windows. Just please do not park on the driveway in front of the garage as it’s owner access only.
