We have an outdoor noise monitor (Minut) in place to keep our home safe and our neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. We live in a quiet neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors and keep your voices down after 9 p.m. We will impose a fine for excessive noise.
Fireworks of any kind are prohibited in the community. Community security and the neighbors strictly enforce these rules.
Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes, turning off lights, AC/heaters, and fans, and ensuring the doors are locked behind them. Guests are responsible for any damages they incur during their stay.
The primary renter needs to be 25 years old and above.
Items to bring:
- Kitchen: Pantry/food items, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard etc.), extra paper towels if needed
- Bathroom: Personal toiletries
- Others: Firewood/lighter/fire-starters for the fire pit, swim-wear.
✷ Essential: Sensitive Septic System- Flush ONLY toilet paper. Non-compliance will cause system failure and result in damage charges. Guest cooperation is mandatory.
✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens, as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.
✷ We provide Towels (1 per guest), 2 kitchen towels, and hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes.
✷ All bathtubs are soaking tubs. The tub jets are non-operational.
✷ There are cameras outside the property.
✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.
✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

***** Pet Rules:
1. Only dogs are allowed—no other pets unless the host has granted special permission.
2. Dogs must be over 1 year old and weigh under 30 lbs.
3. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per stay.
4. Dog fees: $60/dog for stays of 2-4 nights, $120/dog for stays of 5+ nights
5. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS. An excessive cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on beds or furniture.
6. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, licenses, and tags.
7. Guests must provide their own dog bedding/crate and towels to clean wet paws and fur.
8. Dogs must not be left unattended in the home at any time.
9. If your dog sheds, please brush them outdoors daily to minimize shedding inside.
10. Guests must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste properly.
11. Dogs cannot be washed in the bathtubs or showers.
12. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any accidents inside the home and must notify us of any damage caused by their dog.
13. Dogs must always be kept on a leash while on the property.
14. Guests are responsible for paying for any damage caused by their dogs.
15. Excessive barking is not allowed. Fees may be applied if complaints are received from neighbors or security.
No-Smoking Policy:
Smoking Prohibited Indoors
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes, but is not limited to, tobacco, cannabis, vaping devices (e-cigarettes), and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Outdoor Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (describe the specific areas, e.g., “the patio or driveway”). Guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure smoke does not enter the property through doors or windows.
Fines for Violations
If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or damage caused by smoking, a fine of $200 to $1,000 will be charged. The amount will depend on the extent of damage and cleaning required. Any costs associated with professional cleaning or repairs will be passed on to the guest.
Smoke Detection
To enforce this policy, we use smoke detection devices and outdoor security cameras (complying with VRBOs privacy guidelines) to monitor for smoking-related activity. These devices are installed to protect the property and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Immediate Actions
If evidence of smoking is found during your stay, you may be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and applicable fines will be charged. Continued violation may result in further actions, including reporting to the booking platform and a negative review.
Professional Cleaning
If indoor smoking occurs, the property will require professional deep cleaning to remove smoke odors and restore it to a clean state for future guests. Any related charges, including the use of ozone machines or special cleaning services, will be passed on to the guest responsible.
