Make lasting memories at Tidewater 2515, where you'll be enthralled by breathtaking sunsets from your gulf-front vantage point on the 25th floor. The expansive balcony allows you to enjoy any number of activities outside, but they all involve relaxing.

The living room and kitchen are open to each other, offering comfortable seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of prep space, while the living room includes a 42-inch TV, a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa.

The primary bedroom offers a 42-inch TV, a DVD player, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony for early risers who want to sip a cup of coffee outside. The bunk nook has direct access to the second bathroom.

Tidewater Beach Resort offers more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation: a heated indoor pool; two outdoor pools with hot tubs; a fitness center with a spa, a steam room, and a sauna; a theater-style movie/media center; an arcade/game room; a restaurant; a coffee shop; and a tropical bar. But the best part is the location - just a short walk or bike ride from Pier Park's fantastic restaurants, shops, amusement park, and movie theater.

THINGS TO KNOW
During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 25.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
