Aspen Grove Place is located in beautiful Fairmont Hot Springs and in the heart of the Riverside Community. Golf Course is only 350 meters away. Ski hill and Hot Springs 5 minutes away. This home has 3+1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed for the children. There is Central Air Conditioning and in-floor heating in the basement. Also have a game room with foosball table, dart board. Separate TV room with Wii games and Netflix on every TV.

Nice clean property. The owner was great to communicate with and quick on her replies to my questions. I appreciate the fact they wash the duvet covers on each bed after each stay and appreciate the well equipped kitchen.

Great stay

The property was as advertised and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay.

Group of golfers who didn’t golf on riverside but looks like this property is essentially 1 min walk from a beautiful course. Property is clean and amazing and spacious.

Very nice accommodations! Duplex is very spacious and well kept. Had all the needed necessities. Hosts are easy to get a hold of and a pleaser to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Golf vacation at Riverside

Fantastic base for a golfing vacation in the Columbia Valley. The house is spotless and extremely well stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the delux kitchen or barbecuing on the deck. The basement has its own bedroom and bathroom with a large entertainment area. Very convenient location with a grocery store nearby and only a couple of mins walk to Riverside Golf course. The house felt very private with views of greenery from every window. A truly relaxing vacation.

Fairmont in February

We really enjoyed our stay, this home was super clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for 2 families. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and we appreciated that there were 2 living areas so kids and adults weren't always on top of each other. Kids took advantage of the fooseball table and we played a couple games as a family(again well equipped). Only draw back was that guests are asked to have all the laundry washed prior to check out, considering that we were two families this was ALOT of laundry. We had one person in our party stay back from the hill to ensure that it was completed before we left.

First time in Fairmont

The area and property was very nice ! Clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only disappointment of the trip that we got a ton of rain and they shut down riverside golf course for the day we had out tee times booked!

Beautiful home in great location

Close to golf courses and other water activities. Saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the area. Home was very well stocked and clean, great for families.

Perfect family oasis in Fairmont Hot Springs.

Our family of 6 loved our stay here. Beautiful house, lots of room, well stocked and maintained. Even a games room! Our host Tibor, was perfect, catering to all of our logistics enquiries, etc, in a timely manner. Seamless operation, everyone in our group was so happy to stay here. We will be back for our next family reunion! Thank you Tibor

Great place

Property was very nice but with two exceptions. I was unable to open a can with the can opener supplied. Fortunately the neighbours are very friendly and loaned us theirs. The owner did not respond to my email about it. The second issue is the demand to what we considered excessive cleaning on our departure. We paid a cleaning fee but were told we had to wash towels and duvet covers before we left or face an additional charge of $45. The cleaners had over 5 hours before the next renters were checking in so plenty of time to do all that. First time in all the years of renting with VRBO that we’ve had that demand.
