Enjoy a convenient location to ski slopes from your 1BR/2BA resort condo at Park City Mountain Resort. This spacious unit includes access to a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Conveniently located right on the bus line, so you can try out all the nearby slopes without having to drive.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself comfortable in a huge living room, outfitted with a queen-size Murphy bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, and an armchair. Watch your favorite shows on the 43” flat-screen TV.

The balcony area off the living room is undergoing renovations.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Highlights include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The open dining room seats eight around a big table.

BEDROOM & BATHS

This second-floor condo sleeps six between the master bedroom and a living room furnished with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa.

Sleep soundly in the sprawling master suite, furnished with a king-size bed. You’ll also find a pair of armchairs and a flat-screen TV, as well as extra conveniences like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bathroom comes with double vanity and another tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy access to Park City Mountain Resort’s communal pool, shared hot tub, and fitness center.

The balcony area off this unit is undergoing renovations.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry facilities, and unassigned garage parking for two cars.

THE LOCATION

Your condo is within an easy walk of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife options. To try out some different ski runs or make your way around town, jump on the bus line with pick-up at the resort.

For a stunning view of the area, take a ride on downtown Park City’s Town Lift.

There is plenty to enjoy in warmer weather too. Raft the nearby Weber River or explore mountain biking and hiking trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean home with easy access

Great home in Park City. Easy access to all activities! No AC for Summer but other than that it was a great place to stay!! We would go again.

Hot and Noisy

No air conditioning, on hot days blinds and windows need to be closed. Proximity to pool made it incredibly noisy. Fans were provided but they were old, dirty and noisy. Not what I was after for a relaxing getaway.

Great location right next to Payday/Crescent/First time lifts. The location was 13min walk to main st. And 8kin walk to the grocery store. So really convenient to not have to keep taxi’ing everywhere. The rooms are a bit dated, we had a decommissioned hot tub on our balcony? Not sure why they don’t just remove it and create an outdoor seating if they don’t want to fix it. The gym is minimal but if you use it right, there’s enough equipment. The pool/hot tub were nice. We would stay again.

Good location and lots of space

The location is nearly unbeatable for skier with quick access to lifts. Unit was clean and as described but could use a new mattress in the sofa couch. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Large Master Suite

Location, location, location. We loved how close this unit was to the slopes. The Master bedroom was large and everything was of good to excellent as far as furnishings. The hot tub is right outside the windows so there is some noise until the hot tub closes, but it closes early enough that it really wasn’t a problem. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

The unit itself was ok, but the building is like my college dorm. Loud hallways that smell like last night’s dinner; upstairs renters dancing at 2:00 AM; fire doors in the hallways closed for two days.

Great Location

Situated directly within the park city village, you can’t beat this location. The condo is spacious, but the kitchen is small. Minimal and mismatched dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The furniture is a bit dated and well used. The management company answers your phone call, but does not follow up with requests without multiple repeated phone calls.

Great location but could be better

This condo is located in the perfect spot for skiing, but it's a bit run down. Thermostat didn't work correctly, kitchen was not well appointed, and the threshold to the bedroom was lifting (causing a trip hazard). Also, the bedroom window is directly above the community hot tub, making for very noisy evenings.

Great location and large, but dated as pics show

The place did the trick with location and size, and check-in and service were all super smooth. The unit is quite dated and many things don’t work - fireplace, unsightly personal hot tub, sinking couch, broken shower door, missing blade in ceiling fan, kitchen supplies minimal, … there is also an old furnace in between the two spaces that is really noisy. It didn’t bother us too much tho. If you can tolerate those things like we did, it is fine if the only option in this price point.

Excellent ski condo

This condo had everything we needed for a family ski trip. The main room has a murphy bed and fold out couch, so our teenage boys each had their own bed. Master bedroom was separate and very comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. We used the kitchen for breakfast and simple dinners, and it was fully equipped for that. This unit looks over the pool/hot tub area. All doors are code locks, so no keys needed. Arrival after dark was challenging because Apple maps does not take you to the unloading area. You want to pretend you're a bus and stay to the left of the traffic cones, and then turn right on a narrow driveway just before the building. The convenience to the slopes and rental shops is just awesome, and the town shuttles get you wherever you need to go. We would stay here again.

Worse than a nightmare

Misleading Listing, Unlivable Conditions, and Zero Support from Vacasa I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was deeply disappointing. We arrived after a long 400+ mile drive, only to find that the advertised “parking available” was a tiny garage that couldn’t fit our SUV with a cargo box—critical for our stay with expensive gear. Nowhere was it clearly stated that only one compact car-sized garage space was available, and we were given no safe alternative. Worse, the unit had no air conditioning, which was barely mentioned in the listing, and indoor temperatures reached nearly 90 degrees at night. It was impossible to sleep, and we ended up leaving the unit by the next morning without using it. We contacted Vacasa immediately, tried to work with their team, and even offered to pay the difference to be moved to another available unit with proper parking. We were refused every step of the way. Communication was scattered, and their constant deferral to a so-called “local team” led nowhere. In the end, no solution, no relocation, and no refund. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I do not recommend booking this property unless you’re arriving with a tiny car and don’t mind sweating through your entire stay. This was by far the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had.
