The well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, featuring top-of-the-line GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for a wonderful cooking experience. Enjoy comfortable dining at the formal dining room table or grab a quick snack at the bar-height granite kitchen counter stools.

After a busy day at the beach, unwind on the large queen bed in the main suite, which includes a private bathroom. The flatscreen TV and DVD player offer a chance to catch up on the day’s news or relax with a favorite movie.

The spacious private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or gather at the day’s end. Summer Daze is ideal for a young family, equipped with a portable crib and high chair. In the parking garage storage unit, you’ll find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler, along with ample space for all your favorite beach gear!

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
