The property is not "child proof", so guests inviting visitors with toddlers and young children must keep a close eye on them as there are multiple hazards to be aware of, including but not limited to, loose knives in the kitchen drawers, chemicals and dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink, no cabinet locks, no outlet covers, and nightstands and corner tables with glass tops that can be removed.

- Please do not remove any contents from the condo
