Downtown Cottage by the Creek

We are conveniently located about half a mile from downtown Brenham, Tx! Our cozy cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a queen bed in two of the rooms and two full beds in the master room. Our cottage will sleep a maximum of 8 guests comfortably! We offer all your basic cookware and a few toiletries that may come in handy! Enjoy your morning coffee on our newly built deck and listen to the peaceful sounds of the neighboring creek!

Please disclose if you plan on bringing pets. We require a fee to help with any additional cleaning. Thank you!

**For the safety of our guests and home: We have a security camera on the front and back exterior of the house.**

Great house! Loved the location - we were able to walk to dinner and were close to the downtown shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

this house was adorable. We stayed in Brenham on our trip to visit Santas Wonderland in nearby College Station. We wanted something a little less crowded than CS on gameday. It was an easy and quick trip to Santas Wonderland and so worth it! We enjoyed Brenham, its easy to get around and we enjoyed shopping around town at Tractor Supply, Academy and Plinkers. House was clean and cozy. The ONLY negative we had was the couch wasnt super comfy, but it was a minor detail. Porch and yard more than made up for it!

Summer Swine Showing Stay

We stay in Brenham quite a bit for various reasons, and this has been by far our favorite stay! The house matched everything in the details, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the serene creek running through the backyard. I wish our stay allowed for more time to enjoy that, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Never seen so many amenities in one house. They had everything provided, including toothbrushes and toothpaste! The property was very clean and very nice. One of the better ones we stayed in.

New construction that is very clean and well stocked. This home was a short 6 minute drive to Brenham Country Club where we were attending the high school regional golf tournament.

Good location close to everything.

Good location close to Historic Downtown Brenham, The Blue Bell Ice Cream Creamery and within 30 minutes of the Round Top Antiques Show area. I wish we could have spent more time on the porch but the weather did not cooperate.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and had everything we needed! Loved the coffee bar - and the snacks and drinks provided were a bonus surprise! The back porch is perfect for hanging out or having your morning coffee and we really enjoyed the sound of the creek flowing nearby. Lauryn is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!!!

We love this place ! Absolutely our favorite !

This is a wonderful property with an amazing host . My wife and I have been there 3 times in 6 months . We love the house layout , special touches and amenities ! And the porch is our favorite spot . Sometimes we do carry out from restaurants just so we can enjoy the peacefulness of the porch with the woods and stream . And we love being so close to town . Mornings I love walking into town. The host is so responsive and kind . You won’t be disappointed !

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Our stay was felt comfortable and safe. There were tons of items handy for our use from laundry detergent to bottle openers. I appreciate the thought to have all of the toiletries available as well, especially since those are the things most forgotten when staying away from home. Even makeup wipes, come on! I love the patio and the peaceful sound of the creek. I also appreciate having a clean home that allows pets, it makes it so much more comfortable when traveling with my doggy to have a CLEAN home! Awesome host, thanks so much!
