Northern Bay 4 Bdrm 3 Ba 2 Floor Condo On The Lake

Located on the shores of Castle Rock Lake, the 4th largest lake in Wisconsin, and a short drive away from Petenwell Lake, Wisconsin's 2nd largest lake. The boat launch is steps away! Enjoy the unique, championship golf course, spend a day at the beach, or take a 30 minute drive to the Wisconsin Dells for some waterpark fun! Rates fluctuate, depending on season.

This two floor, spacious condo, with elevator access, includes:

Main Floor:
Master Bedroom - King Bed, Private Bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, patio access, large walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, Spacious closet/ full size washer/dryer

Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed & large twin bunk bed, Flat screen TV, Spacious closet

Main Floor Bathroom- Tub/Shower Combo

Kitchen - Breakfast bar that seats 4 and dining table area which seats up to 6 comfortably. Plates/bowls, silverware, pots/pans/cooking utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker available for your use.

Living Room- Spacious living room with TV, Sofa sleeper couch, Two comfy chairs/ottomans, and a gas fireplace. Large walkout balcony overlooking Hole 3, a replica of the 16th hole of Augusta National.

Top Floor Master Suite- King Size Bed, sofa bed, flat screen TV with cable, whirlpool tub, bathroom/ shower, fireplace, and a large walk in closet. Suite includes a small kitchenette area with bistro table/ two chairs, small sink, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker/ cups. Plenty of space for an air mattress, playpen, or even a few sleeping bags!

Have a cup of coffee out on the 2 private balconies, overlooking Hole #3- a replica hole of Augusta National's Hole #16.

Resort Amenities:
Sand beach, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, kids playground, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, club house bar/dining, tiki bar. Other features include ATV & Snowmobile trails, boat launch, Big Pap's Pontoon boat rentals located next to the Tiki Bar Bar/Restaurant (seasonal). Bar/Dining on site at Island View Pub & Grill as well (seasonal).

Family Reunion

The property was perfect for our family reunion. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very friendly. The unit was incredible clean and spacious. We loved the open concept and the huge deck. Watching the golfers was a favorite! The complex amenities were exceptional. We played pickle ball, spent time at the park, swam in the pool, and hung out at the beach. We also rented a boat for a couple of days because the rentals were so accessible. We created wonderful family memories!

Quiet property accessible to pontoon Boat rental, wave runner rental, and utv rental. My kids are in their 50’s and grandchildren in 29’s and one 17. The condo had enough privacy for Al individual families and enough down space for us all to gather.

Making Family Memories

Great Stay. Condo was as advertised, clean, spacious and inviting. Owners replied quickly if I had a question. It was my sister and husband, niece and family, nephew and family and myself. Brought the boat for fishing (some luck) and just relaxing was what the time away was all about.

Beautiful view

The condo overlooked a pond and the 3rd hole of the golf course. It was a second floor with a loft above so the view was beautiful from both decks which had ample seating for our family get together. We brought our own paper plates and plastic utensils and used them and we were surprised that there were some available. We rented a pontoon boat nearby and had a great time.

Family get together

Great Family Getaway

Condo was nice and very spacious. Had a lot of great things for the kids to play with - games, and arcade style table game with retro video games, tennis courts, swimming pool and beach on the property. We did run into problems with the tv in the living room disconnecting from the WiFi pretty regularly when we were trying to watch something in the evenings. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the condo was very nice.

Fantastic home with a fantastic location!

We've been staying at various properties at Northern Bay Resorts for years, and this is the most modern one we've been to. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the decor was just right for this type of getaway. Property owners were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We definitely plan on coming again!
