- We provide bikes w/ a trailer, strollers & all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay with your family.
- Mattress protectors on every bed in case your little one has an accident.
- Fragrance-free & environmentally friendly products are used whenever possible.

The big things:
- Travelers don't frequently think of traffic as a concern. Our property is nearly directly in the center of Cape Coral, making travel to any destination easier.
- Within 5 miles, you will find everything you need from grocery stores, coffee shops, parks with a splash pad, and one of the main bridges to bring you to Fort Myers.
- The pool area is completely screened in and has a covered dining area which helps to keep the temperature noticeably cooler during the day.
- Highly sought-after western exposure in the pool area which gives beautiful sunsets.
- Wifi throughout the house & pool area.
- We have a full laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer.

Your visit to the beaches will be more enjoyable knowing we provide a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs & beach toys.

The Serenity BNB is situated in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood that is two turns away from a main road & 3 turns from one of the main bridges to Fort Myers. We have bikes (with a burly trailer) & strollers for you to explore the area.

Please note - this is a home in a residential neighborhood. There will be zero tolerance for loud music or loud/disruptive guests. Any noise complaints from the neighbors and/or additional guests who are not on your reservation (without approval from hosts) may be grounds for your reservation to be immediately canceled. Refunds may be paid based on the cancellation policy.
The maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced. Any unregistered guests without prior consent may result in an extra charge of $70 per person, per night.
