A long private driveway through a stretch of private forest leads you to this wonderful home that can sleep up to 10 guests in three different private, quiet and comfortable structures:

The Main House:
This 2219 sqft 3BR/2Bath is a beautiful lake house that is custom built with high-quality craftsmanship. You feel the quality the moment you walk through the door. The living room with its non-stop views has a large fireplace to cozy up by on winter days. The upper floor includes the master suite which has a small private deck. The guest room has a queen bed and T. There is a shared bathroom with a jetted tub. On the main floor, there is a large kitchen, breakfast nook and bar area with access to the side BBQ deck . The large deck, with breathtaking panoramic lake and mountain view, is perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
The Boat House & Beach*:
A quick and easy walking path from the house transports you to a charming & magical custom built 2-story beach cabin - a perfect place for artists, musicians or additional guests to be inspired! The 120' of lake frontage, dock and fire pit make spending your time at this pristine lake complete. The Boathouse has quickly become a guest favorite. It has a small half bath.
The Loft (included in nightly charge):
Steps from the main house is a second-story apartment above the main garage. There is a large bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen and a living room with a pull out sofa for two.
The property is situated very close to Elkin’s Resort, as well as many local restaurants, bars, marinas and great local activities for all ages.
Come stay and see why they call Priest Lake “The Jewel of Idaho”.
* Boathouse and dock are not available in the winter months (Oct 15-May 15).

We discovered this property in 2020 while camping in the beautiful northern Idaho panhandle. Of all the place in the Northwest we visited, Priest Lake was by far the one that stopped us in our tracks. After that visit we made it our mission to make this our vacation home.

The home was custom built in 1994 by the late Donald Pratt with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. You feel the quality the moment you walk through the door. The living room with its non-stop views has a large custom built fireplace to cozy up by on winter days. It's situated on Copper Bay which has stunning direct true-north views towards the Selkirk Mountains and Canada - and the Twin Islands.
