On the first floor:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to an open concept living room. The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end marble countertops, gas stove, upgraded appliances, coffee and liquor bar & an island breakfast bar that seats four. Full size washer/dryer and 1/2 bath located on this level. Sweeping water views of the water from the kitchen, dining room & living room.

On the first floor:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to an open concept living room. The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end marble countertops, gas stove, upgraded appliances, coffee and liquor bar & an island breakfast bar that seats four. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, closet, and smart TV. It's ensuite bathroom includes an oversized tub, shower & 2 sinks with door leading to outside deck. Step in shower has a grab bar.

On the second floor:
The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms all with smart TVs. The first bedroom on this floor boasts a king bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and access to a jack-n-jill bathroom. The large 3rd bedroom contains 4 queen beds (2 queen over queen bunks). The jack-n-jill bathroom connects the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.

The large den on this floor is centrally located amongst the bedrooms. This room contains 3 couches (2 queen sleeper sofas), a video arcade, and a huge Smart TV perfect for gaming or watching sports and movies.

The furnished porches make for great places to relax during the day or evening. You'll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, a covered front porch, and huge driveway that can fit up to 10 cars. Our back deck spans the length of the house with views of the Lagoon, dining for 6 and couches.

Outdoor fun includes a covered bar, brand new hot tub, sink and ice maker under the vaulted ceilings of the house. Kayaks, cornhole, ring game, basketball, big screen tv and more provided by RiposoRentals.

Amazing house

My family and I stayed for a week. There was a total of 15 of us. The house was perfect and as described. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding of my dreams

We selected this beautiful home to have a small family wedding outside, and it was perfect! Jennifer was extremely helpful with any of our requests or needs. The home is stunning and was very accommodating to everyone in our group. We all loved hanging outside on the deck with the beautiful water view. It is also in a great location with easy access to the beach! Jennifer, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We created memories that will last a lifetime!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The kids played volleyball, kayaking, hot tub. We were impressed with the size of the great room on the main floor. It easily held all 16 of us. It was nice that we had a laundry room. We were a little disappointed thst the elevator didn't work. It was difficult getting luggage up the steps. We loved the back balcony that overlooked the inlet. It was so peaceful! We all enjoyed our stay!

Great Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The kids loved it and we got to spend some quality time together. Everything about the house was fabulous and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Lagoon View

There was so much room and so much to do during our stay. We loved the big porch and spent the majority of our time outside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we cooked most nights instead of waiting at restaurants. We loved our family reunion here.

Amazing Trip

For one the house is gorgeous and Jennifer is an amazing host! We had a great stay and anything we asked from Jennifer she was on top of it and made it happen! If you’re in a large group this is the place for you! The beach is a small walk away and a convenience store right across the street with everything you need. The home is in a perfect location and we honestly couldn’t ask for anything better! We had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone!

Gulf Shores FUN!

The property is awesome, with the exception of a few minor things that needed to be fixed. The location, the serene Waterview, and the Alabama coastline was a joy for my family to enjoy! We will definitely be back!

It was a great trip - we had an exceptional time - we did not have a broom that would have been helpful for the sand but bought one and left it for the next family though! A couple of things were broke such as the toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom but my guys fixed it as well as a chair downstairs BUT it was a great location and the house was fantastic so overall we loved it and hope to come back! Nothing is perfect but this house meet all expectations thank you!!!!!

NCAA Championship and USA Volleyball

We stayed here for the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship. Two of my children played in the juniors tournament running alongside the Championship. This house is about a 15 minute walk from the courts. It was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the kitchen/living area and the jacuzzi. Jennifer was very quick to respond with any questions or issues. We really enjoyed our time there and the house. My kids are already planning to return next year.

Parents Surprise 60th Anniversary

I would like to thank Mrs Jennifer for helping make this surprise get together for my parents 60th Anniversary a great success! The home was beautiful and very well furnished to help with all our needs. All my questions were answered very timely by Mrs Jennifer. I believe I can also speak for everyone in attendance. The ages ranged from 4yrs old to 81 yrs old and there was something to do for all ages. I would highly recommend The Shoreland to anyone looking for hours of fun in the sand, fishing on the pier, kayaking, playing volleyball, basketball and even playing video games in the arcade room. We didn't want our time to end. Thanks again Mrs Jennifer🤗

SPRING BREAK GETAWAY

Upscale property w/a modern flair. Good location. Has volley ball court with lots of sand! Great basketball area. Has hot tub with outdoor patio w/TV. Great space to relax! 2 things though.....need better pots and pans for baking, and a tea kettle. Suggest after property is thoroughly cleaned to check to ensure everything is working and cleaned. Plug ins for bathrooms would be nice. This property is definitely 4 stars hotel quality. The host for this property is readily available for any concerns. IMPRESSIVE! STW - Baton Rouge, LA

A perfect getaway!

This home was perfect! For starters, the house is Gorgeous and the lagoon view from the back porch is absolutely stunning! The place is fully stocked with all essential supplies needed and even has lots of outdoor supplies to keep the toddlers and teenagers entertained. This home made our family getaway a breeze. We will definitely visiting again!

Bike trip

Group of 8 went to Gulf Shores to tour on motorcycles. The house was perfect good location, plenty of space for what we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Gulf Shores.

Beach house

Great house, beach lawn was perfect. We could enjoy beach activities right at the house. There was a bag set, kayaks, we left a badminton net, fishing poles, cooler and more beach chairs. Under the house was a great place to hang out. Great location. Very fun stay! Would definitely recommend this house.

Family reunion

Had a wonderful time at The Shoreland home! It was everything we thought and more. Close to everything but very peaceful being on the bay. We felt far from the maddening crowd. The home was beautifully appointed and more than enough room for everyone. Jennifer got back to us quickly when we had a question. Thanks for a great time with my family!

AMAZING

This house is absolute perfection! Not only is the house absolutely beautiful, it’s location is ideal! So close to the beach (literally right across the street) and all the “hot” gulf shore hangouts and restaurants. This house truly exceeded our expectations on every level, and we 100% will book again when we return to Gulf Shores.

Beautiful Home for the Weekend!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. It looked like something out of a magazine! The management staff were very nice and willing to work with us on all the accommodations that we needed. Great home for the weekend, would highly recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic location with incredible bar and hangout area under the home. You don't even need to go to the beach! Great space in the event of inclement weather because you can still be outside and having fun.
