The condo brags of an awesome location and overlooks Jockey Ridge State pk and the Roanoke Sound. There is a secluded beach area which is great for the family. Perfect place to kitesurf, paddle board and windsurf due to its shallow body of water. Two pools w/o, lifeguards. Tennis courts, swings, hiking and biking trails with pier and boat ramp. Close to the main beach and tourist attractions. Central to OBX community including Corolla, Duck, Kill Devils Hill, Manteo, Hatteras. However, this gem also offers quiet time and secluded beaches out of the back door, away from the main tourist areas.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and also teach nursing. I am an avid animal lover and spend much of my free time jogging with my dogs, playing in the water, paddle boarding, trying to windsurf and hiking the Dunes. That is where I find my peace and quiet.

This property has the best views in the neighborhood bragging both Roanoke Sound and Jockey Ridge State Park sand dunes views and access. I can watch the kite flying and hang gliding from my balcony and patio. I can also watch the windsurfer and Kiteboarders too. With the secluded beaches it is easy to carry chairs and floaters and run back for food or bathroom breaks easily. I am close to a nature preserve which is where I jog and it has many trails for hiking. There are two pools available to guests, pier, boat ramp, trailer and boat parking, firepit and two tennis courts. This truly is my happy place. I have renovated every inch of this home myself and renovated or made my own furniture. There is also a boat ramp and special parking spaces for boats and trailers (not RV's) so bring your boat along....
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The location and view are the unique benefits. Just reading a book or romancing or relaxing just looking at the views is mesmerizing. It offers the luxury of being close enough to local activities, but it brags of being a hidden gem in a quiet gated community (certain months). You get the water view and Dune views but don't pay Beach View pricing. It is great value and I love hosting my guests.
