Elegantly furnished, you will feel your stress dissipate as soon as you step inside. The interior boasts a sophisticated ambiance, featuring gleaming hardwood floors, comfortable living room furniture, and a large flat-screen TV ideal for movie nights or quality family moments. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with fantastic amenities, including a breakfast bar and sleek stainless steel appliances.

The King Primary Suite provides plush bedding, a tropical vibe, and stunning ocean views! The two Queen bedrooms also come with luxurious bedding and private baths for your convenience. The bunkroom has two bunks, one twin and one twin-over-full, located across from a bathroom. The other Queen bedroom features a handicap-friendly bathroom with wheelchair accessibility and grab bars.

Step out onto the extra-large wraparound corner balcony, which includes two tables for outdoor dining. Don't forget to take in the breathtaking view! Enjoy front-row seats to spectacular Atlantic sunrises while sipping your morning coffee and watching dolphins frolic. Plus, there's a lovely Back Bay water view from the north side of the deck!

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a good fit for my family. I was disappointed in the shape of the condo complex as well as the condo we stayed in. I was expecting a better maintained complex and condo for what we paid. Being down at the end of the Cape was nice but was far from most things. Pool hours are very limited and would have been nice to use the pool in the early evenings.

Maintenance and cleanliness did not measure up

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great set-up and location BUT the unit was not properly cleaned for new guests arriving--toliet not flushed; empty toilet paper roll. More significantly, the kitchen was INFESTED with ants--crawling up the wall... in the silverware drawer... on counter... crawling up side of garbage pail. I will the photos to Ocean Sands Realty separately. Traps EVENTUALLY got them under control-- but this should never occur in the first place. Also, door code stopped working which was addressed quickly. When spending thousands of dollars for the rental, some form of compensation to make up for these issues should be standard practice.

Excellent location

We’ve enjoyed coming to Sandbridge beach for 15+ yrs, always staying in the Sanctuary Condos. This penthouse unit was one of the best units we’ve stayed in for a variety of reasons- size of the condo, kitchen well equipped, bay side view, and reasonably priced. We would stay here again. Now that being noted, the rental agency needs to do better as the condo was not well cleaned before our arrival - we swept and vacuumed immediately upon arrival the crumbs left behind. Also there was an ant issue that was annoying - but the maintenance did come and install ant traps once we called. While the agency was very responsive to our call, I hope they took our feedback and sought out better cleaners. Unfortunate that the hot tub at the Sanctuary Condos remains closed and they haven’t been able to get the pool bar/ restaurant opened, but the unit owners do not control that. Overalll a good stay and would still return to same unit as the amenities were one of the best we’ve had while coming there.

Great place!

The place was everything we could have wanted for our vacation! We had a group of 9 of us and we had plenty of space and then some. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook. We loved the pool and grill area. It was so great to be right on the beach. The location was great right next to 2 restaurants. The only downfall was the swim up bar was not open during our entire stay. We loved this place! Highly recommend for large families!

Overall, good vacation. Things to improve, 1) provide instructions on AC, which thermostat controls what, 2) provide instructions on tv, 3) improve Wi-Fi, service was slow and tv did not work consistently, 4) need luggage carts for move in/move out, 5) revise parking spot numbering

Amazing condo

We love Sandbridge and return ever summer. This condo was spacious, clean and well decorated. The view over the bay was beautiful, especially to watch the sunset. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils and had so much space. The parking spots and storage locker were very conveniently located right off the elevator which made going to the beach each day easy. We already booked the same condo for next year.

Family Vacation Dream

Everyone had a great time. From the 3 year old Granddaughter to the 68 year old Granfather and everyone in between had an amazing time. There was something for everyone. A delightful vacation for us all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was a dream. We loved everything about this vacation. The balcony bayside views were beautiful. The unit had such cute decor and was extremely clean. It was clear it has been upkept and is under great care. We loved being right on the beach and having access to three pools. We enjoyed the cabana for lunch and Mexican for dinner most nights. The kitchen was well stocked and the market down the street was convenient. The entire process working with each of the staff members was great. They were kind and efficient. We are already scheduling a stay for next year.

Great property

This is a great place to bring your family. It is big and has plenty of rooms. The penthouse suite is amazing. They thought of everything even a baby monitor and playpen. I would definitely recommend this place. The only drawback was that two out of the four lights in the bathroom were burnt out and when we walked out to the different balconies we walk through spiderwebs.

Very nice apartment

The penthouse was very nice. It had enough space for everyone without feeling crowded. It's on the bay side of the building, and I enjoyed the view much more than a beach view. However, we were in building A, which is advertised as having a pool, but it was closed, and it looked like it had been closed for at a least a couple of seasons. You can use the other two pools, but the one near the beach is always crowded (and full of little kids) and the one in building A was not convenient. Also, since these are large beach-side buildings, that means LOTS of people, so the beach is very crowded. Same as if we had stayed in a VA Beach Hotel. Something to keep in mind. Still a wonderful vacation overall.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Santuary penthouse. One of our biggest complaints and disappointments was not being informed that the building A's pool and hot tubs were closed and they were an eye sore as you walked to your room each day. Yes the cabana and building B's pool were open but they were very small and very limited seating.I even sent a message asking if the pictures on the website reflected the room and amenties and I was reassured it was the same. We love the beach but it is nice to end the day at pool. The Cabana was a good open for lunch but I would highly recommend Jose Tequila for lunch and dinner. The food,service and the margaritas were outstanding!The Baja was a nice atmosphere at night for music and drinks but we were not a fan of the food. Another great find and I would highly recommend was Shorebreak Outfitters tent rental for the beach. The area was very quiet and clean and we would consider going back if the pool and hot tub were open.
