*Important: If you would like the pool heated to a desired temperature, please let me know at a minimum 24 hours before check in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $75/day to heat May-September and $150 for first day and $100 each day after to heat October-April.


This 3000 sqft home has outdoor heated pool (additional fee), heated spa (5 hours / day ), grass area, outdoor ping pong and fire pit. Have fun playing at the neighborhood park and basketball courts all just a short 3 minute walk away. Enjoy a wine tour to the 40+ wineries, a hot air balloon adventure, golf game or local shopping.

Please respect the property and our neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy yourselves responsibly. Guests are to be aware of and observe noise ordinance of 10:00pm-7:00am. There are no parties allowed, for the safety of our guests we do monitor the property through use of OUTDOOR ONLY cameras in the front and backyard.

Additional cleaning fees: you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250 if for any reason the house smells of cigarettes, vape or cannabis smoke.

Late check out: there is no late check out unless agreed upon prior to your reservation. It is critical that our cleaning crew is able to enter the property at or before the time of check out. You will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes past check out you are still at the property.

Any additional people on the property will be subject to additional charges. please contact for pricing and info.

Maintenance: The pool is cleaned every Tuesday around noon by our pool maintenance Company. The outside is maintained by our landscapers every Thursday afternoon. The trash can needs to be taken to the curb Monday night/tuesday morning if your staying during the week.
