Modern retreat in the heart of Cleveland

Spectacular 4 story modernist home on the Cuyahoga River. You are greeted with an abundance of glass, natural light and skyline views. Easy walk to sporting events, shopping and dining.

The main level boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining, a chefs kitchen with stainless appliances and a great room with expansive windows framing downtown and bridge views. A dining area, cozy breakfast nook, large great room and half bath complete this level. The third level is the owners suite with floor to ceiling windows and attached luxury bathroom. A second bedroom with attached full bath. Laundry room, reading area under stairs with 2 twin pull-out sleeping chairs finish this level. The fourth level has a pull out sofa bed. It is ideal for relaxing and provides access to rooftop deck with unparalleled views of downtown skyline, Cuyahoga River and Superior Viaduct. There is a two car attached garage and gated driveway. We are the best location near Windows on the river, a popular wedding location.

There is no access to backyard or parking in the driveway. There are two spaces in the garage. Quiet hours from 11pm to 9am.
There are a lot of stairs to be climbed. This may be a challenge for children and people with physical challenges.
There is a guest limit. We can not have more people at the home than the reservation is for.

This place was amazing! Unbelievable view of the river walkable to several pubs and restaurants. The host has anything you can think of supplied. I would definitely recommend this for your stay in Cleveland!

Great for Weekend Getaway

This was a great place to stay. It has many modern amenities and is in a great location for a walk or short drive to all kinds of food, drink, and activities. The rooftop patio views can't be beat!

Stunning place

Great location and stunning views of the river! Tons of space for all guests. Hosts is very thoughtful and has lots of extra amenities for guest that most hosts don't take the time to do. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing River House

Great location, great place

Loved the place. Would like to see old locks replaced with keypad deadbolt. But totally worth the price of entry. Will definitely rent again once back in town.

Beautiful modern retreat with iconic views

Rented the property for a weekend in CLE. Location was perfect, without tons of through traffic and stunning views. The property was in excellent condition, clean and well thought out for guests. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. Looking forward to staying here again.

Epic location. Awesome views. Wonderful hosts. This is the perfect Cle rental. There is so much to do within walking distance, but this is the home you will not want to leave. Cant wait to book this one again. Thank you so much for sharing this property, we will be back for sure.

Loved it

One of the greatest places I’ve stayed. We loved it. There are a lot of stairs so might not be a great option for some, but it worked fine for us. Awesome location, views from rooftop are great, and we loved watching the big boats go by. Fully equipped with anything one might need. Will stay here again if we return to CLE. Thank you!

A gem

We spent the weekend celebrating an impending wedding and over 20 years of friendship. We’re mostly locals so we know the area, but we were still blown away by how cool the location was. So many fun things just a quick walk or Uber away. The house is great and has everything you need. I will keep this property in mind for future events!

The River House exceeded expectations

Seriously, what a cool spot! Clean, modern, unique, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked with two (yes, two!) private rooftop patios and city/river views. There's no better place to spend a weekend (or more). Don't think twice. Book it!

Trip of a lifetime

My family traveled to Cleveland so that we could experience the recent total eclipse. The River House is, by far, the coolest home we've ever stayed in. The hosts are immediately responsive, and they provided every amenity that we could have possibly needed. The home is clean and large, with amazing river views, and a sweet rooftop patio that proved to be the perfect location for our eclipse viewing party. Best trip ever!

Our stay in The Flats of Cleveland

We had 2 adults and 4 teens stay at the property. It is very clean and maintained very well. With 3 levels there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The owners did a very good job with having the house stocked for your needs. Coffee, tea, creamer, plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, towels... ect.. The house was within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. We walked to Progressive Field and to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Also, only an hour drive to cedar point and the NFL Hall of Fame. We all recommend this property!

Exceptional Property with Views

This was one of my top 2 favorite VRBO stays!! The condo is gorgeous from top to bottom, the exterior is like a fortress, the riverside experience is so tranquil, and the backyard is a site to behold off the back patio. There is some weekend/ night sound from the pavilion, but that was a plus for me that you could hear the concert from the baconies! And they're done at 11. Overall 10+ stars!!

Great Property

The house was exactly as advertised: plenty of room, great outdoor space, very clean. We had four adults in the house and it was plenty big enough. The grilling area and upstairs patio were a huge plus.
