The house boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining, with expansive windows framing downtown and bridge views. The property is locateded in the heart of Downtown Cleveland - minutes from concerts, sporting events, water sports, urban pathways and much more. The urban environment may also come at a cost of loud noise levels (Cleveland Police can be called to disperse crowds).

The main level has a chefs kitchen with stainless appliances, a great room, dining area, cozy breakfast nook, and half bath complete this level. The third level is the owners suite with floor to ceiling windows and attached luxury bathroom. A second bedroom with attached full bath. Laundry room, reading area under stairs with 2 twin pull-out sleeping chairs finish this level. The fourth level has a pull out sofa bed. It is ideal for relaxing and provides access to rooftop deck with unparalleled views of downtown skyline, Cuyahoga River and Superior Viaduct. There is a two car attached garage and gated driveway.

There is no access to backyard or parking in the driveway. There are two spaces in the garage. Quiet hours from 11pm to 9am.
There are a lot of stairs to be climbed. This may be a challenge for children and people with physical challenges.

The home is exactly as described and very clean. Great views of the river and city. Walking distance to the flats for restaurants, clubs, and concerts. We will definitely book again next time we’re in Cleveland!

This house is truly special! The view of the river and city was amazing. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view that my whole family loved. It’s conveniently close to downtown Cleveland, all the stadiums, and museums. The aquarium is practically right out the back door. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a great time!

This house was pristine. Very clean and in an absolutely great location. The placeactually lived better than the pictures. We were all in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location for church and reception. Literally faster to walk back from the reception than drive. Garage parking option was awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Owners seem to have thought of everything.

Great location and stunning views of the river! Tons of space for all guests. Hosts is very thoughtful and has lots of extra amenities for guest that most hosts don't take the time to do. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing River House

Beautiful modern retreat with iconic views

Rented the property for a weekend in CLE. Location was perfect, without tons of through traffic and stunning views. The property was in excellent condition, clean and well thought out for guests. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. Looking forward to staying here again.

Loved the place. Would like to see old locks replaced with keypad deadbolt. But totally worth the price of entry. Will definitely rent again once back in town.

Epic location. Awesome views. Wonderful hosts. This is the perfect Cle rental. There is so much to do within walking distance, but this is the home you will not want to leave. Cant wait to book this one again. Thank you so much for sharing this property, we will be back for sure.

The River House exceeded expectations

Seriously, what a cool spot! Clean, modern, unique, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked with two (yes, two!) private rooftop patios and city/river views. There's no better place to spend a weekend (or more). Don't think twice. Book it!

Loved it

One of the greatest places I’ve stayed. We loved it. There are a lot of stairs so might not be a great option for some, but it worked fine for us. Awesome location, views from rooftop are great, and we loved watching the big boats go by. Fully equipped with anything one might need. Will stay here again if we return to CLE. Thank you!

A gem

We spent the weekend celebrating an impending wedding and over 20 years of friendship. We’re mostly locals so we know the area, but we were still blown away by how cool the location was. So many fun things just a quick walk or Uber away. The house is great and has everything you need. I will keep this property in mind for future events!

Trip of a lifetime

My family traveled to Cleveland so that we could experience the recent total eclipse. The River House is, by far, the coolest home we've ever stayed in. The hosts are immediately responsive, and they provided every amenity that we could have possibly needed. The home is clean and large, with amazing river views, and a sweet rooftop patio that proved to be the perfect location for our eclipse viewing party. Best trip ever!
