Welcome! I invite you to enjoy your time in the Kathmandu Valley in a brand-new building. We're practically in Patan Durbar Square (the cultural heart of the Kathmandu Valley), and just 6km (3.5mi) from the airport and the Thamel night-life district. Kathmandu is an adventurous place, so having your own apartment will be a great way to recharge.
This is one of four private rooms in a secure building. I manage the other rooms as well, so let me know if you need more than one unit.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have three keys. Two provides access to the building, and the other provides access to your Apartment. Rooftop access is available to everyone.
Other things to note
There are three other units in this building which may be rented, so you will probably meet new friends from around the world. I encourage our guests to be friendly to each other and respect one another.

I can arrange a private rental vehicle (driver included), help you set up a ride-sharing app (think Nepali Uber, but with motorbikes! It's fun.), and taxis are everywhere all the time! Fares usually are less than $10 USD (nrs.1,300 as of (25/8/2019).
