This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The hosts were communicative and easy to reach. The apartment was clean, homey and had a well stocked kitchen. If you’re traveling with littles there’s plenty of bedding, a pack n play, bassinet for tiny babes, and even a high chair. The water pressure and shower were lovely and the hot tub was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The property was so well kept and supplied. The steps were steep, but the tradeoff for such a great location and quaint place was worth dealing with the steep steps. Owners were very helpful with anything we ask about.

The property was clean and well kept! The shower was a little outdated but that’s neither here nor there! The decor was super cute and it was super close to lots of great hiking trails, showlow, and shopping!

It was in a great location with several eating options in the immediate area. The host was responsive to a question I had, and I had no issues getting in or out of the property. I will stay here again in the future.

Had an amazing stay!

This place was perfect. Everything from the location, the variety of things inside (kitchen and games), the hot tub, and of course all of the amazing little bears decor inside. We would definitely come back!

Cozy cabin

This cabin is nicely stocked with everything you need. Including coffee! The hot tub is great and very private. Everything is very clean.

Owner was very accommodating and place was clean and orderly. Nice TV plus all the amenities you would have at home. Very relaxing and was within walking distance of dining and grocery store. Fishing lakes are all over so we had a variety of options within a 15 mile radius. Definitely recommend-

David was very nice when we arrived. Never had any issues with the property, neighborhood, or finding the location. Its very quiet, dont think we have slept this well in a long time. Definitely recommend.

Great location in town

We enjoyed being in town and close to restaurants. Property had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have used the hot tub but it is very close to owner property and we felt uncomfortable doing so. Next time we will look for a property outside of town and a little more private.

Nice cabin stay in Pinetop

This cabin was a nice place to stay, exactly as we expected. We would stay here again. We did have significant issues checking in, however, as neither the host nor VRBO provided us with any check-in instructions. We found this out upon arriving (in hindsight always ask the day before), and attempted to contact the host to no avail. VRBO provided us with their cell phone information, and due to the host being on vacation halfway across the planet with no cell service or internet, we were unable to connect. VRBO support was no help either, we were on hold with their customer support for a long time, and never got an agent. At this point, we were making plans to find an alternative place to stay at about 8:30pm on Friday night. Not a good experience when you are uncertain of lodging on one’s wedding anniversary weekend. Luckily, the host did eventually respond to a text message 90 minutes after initial outreach, and was able to provide us instructions to access the rental. Once we had made contact with the host, he was quite nice and accommodating. Let this be a lesson for proactive two-way communication by both host and renter (VRBO earns no stars here, they did nothing to help solve this situation). Had we checked in without issue, this stay becomes a five star rental, highly recommended.
