I am a doctor.
This is my own house. We lived there with my wife and three children.
I do appreciate organized people with discipline and who will take care of our house.
-The HOUSE is located in the of the quietest districts (Erebuni) of the Yerevan.
-At the same time it is very close to the center (4-5km and 10-15 minutes by car).
-House is in the first line and the entrance is from the street.
-2-3 families can live in the house at the same time with children․
-It can also serve as an office space for crowded organizations (telework, programming etc.).

-It was built in 1996 from high quality tuff.
-It was completely renovated in 2007 (Venetian style).
-The façade is basalt.
-The gate is made of iron.
-A complex reinforced concrete system was used during the construction.
-The works were supervised personally by the owner's grandfather who was a builder and engineer.
-Only 7 tons of welding electrode was used during the construction.
-Due to that, the house has every level of seismic resistance.
-The place is the humidity in the basements, as a result of which unique, large-scale drying works have been carried out during the construction.
-It is one of the unique houses in the district, where there is no humidity.

-The whole house is illuminated with LED lights․
