This unit is conveniently located near Baxter State Park and perfectly positioned to enjoy activities such as Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, or even a quick day trip to Eureka Springs, AR. Guests will also have access to many other options for hiking, water sports, fishing, and other recreational activities. **THIS PROPERTY IS PROTECTED WITH A RING DOORBELL**

Close to the lake and Baxter Marina. Plenty of activities on the property and nearby. Everyone had a fantastic time!

The house was perfect. We love being near Baxter Marina. This area is quiet and we appreciate having a pool to use. The house is laid out perfectly for the 3 couples who were with us. Very clean and well stocked.

Great place to get away and relax!

The whole family enjoyed our stay. The cabin was roomy and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was ready for us and the communication was great. Would highly recommend staying here. I'm sure we'll be back next year!

Baxter Boat House (Lampe, MO)

The BBH was simply wonderful. Located at the end of State Highway H, this simple and comfortable lodge was an excellent family experience. With access to a state park and the exceptional Dogwood Canyon park and waterfalls, we captured many generational family photos.

Weekend getaway

Everything was great! This house has a lot of room and it is perfect for large families. The kitchen is well stocked, and everything is very clean.

Fourth of July trip

This was our first time staying at this location. We wanted something close to the marina which it was. The house was very nice and had plenty of room. Across from our house was the pool which was a bonus. It’s a short drive to Kimberling city And about 45 minutes to Branson. We would certainly recommend this property

Close to public access to Table Rock Lake

We had an issue the first night arriving but the host was very quick to rectify the problem. The pool was out of working order for our stay but thankfully we had our boat and was able to spend most of the time in the lake. The boat access and storage is literally at the bottom of the hill which was very convenient. The house was a good size to fit our group. I did underestimate how far away the cabin is from all the attractions in Branson. Most days it was a 45 minute drive in.

Incorrect address to property.

My family and I took off driving for 5 and a half hours to the address provided on the booking info and DACK app. When we arrived to the address the property was nowhere to be found. Locals did not know the property we were referring to. Drove to the dreams to reality address listed on their website because no one would answer the phone after multiple attempts to reach someone. When we got there, the office was closed. No one around the office knew where we were talking about either. We paid ALOT to stay at this house and we're unable to find it. We ended up having to book a motel in town. We had 8 people. Ergo the reason we rented a house. Did not get a response from the owner until midnight that night. Did not offer any compensation or even partial refund. WAY TO MUCH spent on a house we did not get to stay in. Very upset with this booking.

Our team tried to contact you as there was a message left late in the night and we received no response. I am not sure what happened where you were not able to get to the property as we have used the same address ever since listing the property and have never been told by guests that they couldn't find the property. I am very sorry for your experience. Prior to your review being posted, we were not contacted by anyone to learn about the experience or even have the opportunity to provide any kind of compensation.
