Pyramid 15F is a wonderful spot for an Ocean City getaway, offering a spacious, private balcony and an oceanfront location directly on the beach. This colorful condo has been recently updated in several thoughtful ways. Have coffee on the balcony and plug in your devices (if you must!). Enjoy a full kitchen, beach table and chairs on the oceanfront balcony and a comfy bedroom room with bayside views Two full-sized beds in bedroom and there's a queen size couch/sofa-bed in living room.

There's new vinyl plank flooring in the living room, dining room, bedroom, and primary bathroom, as well as new vertical blinds. Enjoy a new 42-inch Smart TV in the living room, a 32-inch flatscreen TV in the bedroom, and a new DVD player. The primary, newly renovated, full bathroom now features two 42-inch vanities with cultured marble countertops and a large, tiled shower with a seat, while the updated powder room has a 36-inch vanity with a cultured marble countertop.

Perhaps the most wonderful feature of this condo is the large balcony, with a custom glass/screen slider, that accommodates a table with four chairs, two reclining chairs, and another small table - all with PRIVATE, direct oceanfront views.

The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a ACME Grocery, and a coffee shop across the street. 7-11 next door for convenience items.

Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, a library, a tennis court, CVS, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

Parking notes: A $40 non-refundable Pyramid parking/registration fee is required when you arrive which includes parking for one vehicle. Fill out a form and pick up parking pass on first floor at rental office 9-5pm. If you arrive after hours, get pass in morning .
Place the parking permit on your dash. Also get your pool pass from this office.
