The space:
This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between ~68-78 degrees in warm months and set to Cool mode and adjustable between ~65-74 degrees in cold months (specific ranges are subject to change).
Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace
Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an exterior-facing window
Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building's atrium. Includes blackout curtains for additional privacy
Bathroom 1: full bathroom located on 2nd floor of apartment
Bathroom 2: half bathroom located on 1st floor of apartment
Amenities:
Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, In-unit laundry, Keurig, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, game lounge with darts, pool, and bags
Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave
- 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability
Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
