This stylish place is perfect for large group trips!

Located in the lower east side close to Brady St, this spacious unit features 3 beds/1 bath, new modern kitchen with granite countertops, center island with stools, stainless steel appliances, formal dining room with large dining table, and exquisitely designed furnishings and decorations throughout.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. We also have a queen sized fold-up futon mattress that sleeps 2. There are numerous amenities offered in the unit including drip coffee! Peaceful yet vibrant neighborhood walkable to numerous restaurants and entertainment!

Had a great stay in Milwaukee for the wknd. The location is perfect for short walks to the park on the lake and many bars and restaurants. The property was clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here if coming back to town!

We were so happy with how this property accommodated my family- we were just in town for a short weekend for a wedding, but the location was so walkable to wonderful things: the lake, restaurants, bakery, and Italian market. We loved exploring. The house was clean, comfy, and fit our family well. Thank you!

Overall pretty easy and convenient place. Parking was tough on a sat night and the bathroom was quite small for 4 adults and 2 kids.

The house was cute and decorated nicely but the description of sleeping 10 is a stretch. There were three bedrooms with double beds and then 2 hard couches in the living room that I’m assuming were futons but would only be a twin each. Not sure where the other two would sleep unless there was an air mattress tucked away somewhere. Also, the claim that there is “plenty of on street parking” is a massive stretch. When we arrived we had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a parking spot and had to park two blocks from the property. The air conditioning is one window unit in the dining room so it was very warm and humid in the bedrooms. Thank goodness for the ceiling fans. Accessing the home was very easy and this house is very well laid out and spacious for our 6 adults but bathroom is very tiny so plan accordingly if you need to prepare for an event or going out with a lot of people.

Excellent Place to Hang with Friends

The property is charming and clean. Felt safe day and night too. We had a small plumbing problem but the property manager was highly communicative and responsive to our request. Nice island in the kitchen to gather around and suitable seating area in front room for lunging. Quick and inexpensive Uber rides got us all around town for the weekend. Would stay again if opportuitiy arrises.

Pros: Excellent location in close proximity to Brady Street shopping area. Highly recommend the deli in Glorioso's Italian Market. Living areas are comfortably furnished. Modern updated kitchen and formal dining area. Three nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice not to have to wash the bed sheets. Keyless entry is a plus.Cons: No heat in the bathroom made bathing a challenge with outside winter temperatures. Laundry facilities located in the basement require deep cleaning. Caution should be exercised going down the steps to the basement. Owners should exercise onsite supervision of cleaning and maintenance contractors.

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for our annual Girls Weekend. The house was so cute and was in the perfect location! Very walkable to bars, places to eat, entertainment, and yoga. The house had everything we needed for a great weekend. The only thing I would suggest bringing would be games as they did not have any at the house. It was the perfect place for 6 friends to gather, catch-up and spend time together!

Excellent stay

This was our first visit to Milwaukee. This place was VERY clean and cute. 3 good size bedrooms and large kitchen. Parking was easy. All the activities we wanted to do were walkable as long as you’re willing to walk. One thing I would have liked is a binder with what locals like in to do/eat in the area and directions for the home - where to take the garbage, what to do on check out but that’s just a me thing. would highly recommend!

Farmhouse

We came to Milwaukee for Summerfest. It was a safe, great location. We were no more than 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Close to All three rooms had queen beds. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
