Nice family gathering home

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep and hang out. The pool was great.

Memorable Family Reunion

The home was clean, comfortable, inviting and spacious. We had enough room to move around and great spaces to gather as a family. The neighborhood was beautiful to take walks through and close enough to town, Yosemite and attractions to meet everyone’s needs. The host was so available and communicative. It really was a perfect week to reconnect and the house was a HUGE part of making that happen. I would highly recommended staying there.

Great multi room Family house

We were in town for a family event and needed many rooms and large common areas. The house was wonderful with plenty of rooms, beautiful views and many areas to visit. The rear deck was big and with plenty of seating options. I would stay again !

Overall fine, has potential

Overall, it worked for our large family. However, the whole property needed a lot of attention. Cons: - The pool wasn't clean when we arrived - House could've been cleaner upon arrival - The play structure is incredibly rickety - There was an issue with the washer/dryer which required it to be replaced however that took a couple of days so we were out of a dryer (not a big deal in general but we were not aware prior to arrival) -There was an issue regarding the water and whether or not it was safe to drink so we had to go out and buy a bunch of bottled water, the manager also had some delivered to us as well, but again- just not something we were not expecting and a bit of an added stress. -It would be more accurate to explain the grass is dead during the summer months Pros: - Plenty of space for our large family - When issues arose, the property manager was quick to respond - Beautiful view and lots of wildlife around - One person in our group left something in the house after check out, we reached out and they were incredibly helpful and shipped the item back to us. It's possible we just happened to be there at a time when the early kinks were still being worked out by the ownership. That made our stay a little bit stressful. But house is spacious, it has a beautiful view, and the property has lots of potential!

Yosemite vacation home

Wonderful size home that really fits all 16. Property is convenient to Yosemite park entrance and Bass Lake. Has everything one needs pool, games, fire pit. Host answers all questions quickly before booking. I had extra she never hesitated kind. During stay no problems to call. 4 was given not 5 due to comps of other homes mostly decor.

Beautiful home and memories

Communication with property manger was excellent. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed the swimming pool. Thirteen of us had plenty of room. We would return again!

Better than the Pictures!!!

This home was perfect for my family reunion. Everyone fell in love with the property. My nieces and nephews enjoyed seeing deer on the property. We even captured some amazing family pictures on the deck at sunset, which we will cherish forever! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and feel comfortable. We never felt like we were stepping on each other's toes. The game room is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The teenagers could enjoy themselves in the game room while the adults hung out on the deck. This kitchen was terrific. There were plenty of cooking supplies, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for a large group. We didn't need to use any of the extra supplies we brought. The host was very attentive and responded to all of my questions right away. The home is located near Bass Lake, and my family was able to rent a boat for the day, which was a huge bonus! Overall, my family had a fantastic time, and we would love to return in the future. Don't hesitate to book this home; you won't regret it!

We had an excellent time! The host was amazing to work with—excellent response time and handled any concerns in a very speedy manner. We plan to be back! The pictures do not do the house or property justice. It’s gorgeous!!

Stunning Home in Peaceful Surroundings

We loved our stay at the Blue Stone Chateau. The owners were quick to answer any questions and we had no issues during our stay. That said, our impression was that the hosts may still be working out some "kinks" -- nothing major, just small things that we would have appreciated (e.g., a cheese grater, bath mats, more towels). I would add washcloths but, ironically, we found them on checkout day, next to the sink in the laundry room (which is sort of back in the corner). Perfect spot for family and friends -- the kids loved the game room (where saw them for meals and little else!) and the adults loved the deck, the pool and the really awesome kitchen. We will definitely think about a return trip!

Very clean, spacious with lots of privacy

This place is very clean, spacious and it will make your stay a memorable one for your lifetime. We can see the owner has been thinking of every little detail to make our stay great. Coffee maker, keurig machine, coffee maker, including lots of k cups and coffee and tea is one example. Some others are Tesla charging station, surround sound entertainment center, game room with lots of games and reading materials and ping pong table, extra linen and pool towels and other kitchen and bath supplies are just a few to include. We loved the furniture selection and arrangement and the architectural theme. All the furniture is new and has a welcoming feeling. Very private location with pool and children’s play area. We spotted deers every morning in the property including other various wild birds. It is located conveniently to Yosemite park and bass lake and also has easy access in a nice neighborhood with lots of parking. More to all of the above, the owners are very nice, helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay a successful one. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place 100% to anyone without hesitation.

A gem of a property for your Yosemite trips!!

Simply WOW..!! Amazing house very close to the Yosemite park. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, Green everywhere, great view of the mountains!! About the house, there are seven bedrooms and they are all very roomy. There is no elements of dust (which is a concern you often face in most of these rentals). All bathrooms extra clean. The kitchen and living area are so well furnished that you will end up spending most of your time as a group there.. :) They have a a huge play area for kids and a swimming pool and spa (we couldn't use the pool and spa since it is under maintenance). The house was all equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay.. The host was super helpful too. The host was very actively communicating to make sure we don't run into any issues in the house during the stay. We stayed for three nights and we always felt we needed more vacation time to enjoy the house in full. I will surely recommend this house for a family vacation or if you are going as a group of friends.
