Enjoy the beautiful white sugary sands and blue waters of the west coast of Florida! Ocean Front Condo sleeps 6. Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, private guest only heated pool walking distance to John's Pass and Restaurants. Each unit has individual assigned covered parking and guest parking. The resort has a small cafe and tiki bar along with 24 hour security.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vistas with our family of five. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Direct beach access and amazing balcony views were a plus.

What an ideal stay for a family of 4 ! The host was very responsive with all my questions. The place is very very clean and well stocked. I honestly don’t think you can beat the value for something with an ocean view. We would definitely come back again !

This VRBO was excellent. Kathy the manager was very attentive and answered any questions you needed. The place was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. She even provided extra items for the beach which was extremely helpful. The extra little snacks was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the amentities within the area were great. (Pool, Cafe onsite, Sunset Bar, etc.) Definitely a must stay!!!

The property is in an excellent location. Very clean and provided all of the things you might need for a quick beach trip. I had a problem with the smaller bedroom tv not connecting to the internet. This prevented me from being able to watch tv at night in that bedroom but since we spent most of our time out and about it wasn’t a major issue. Definitely a great place to stay.

This is our second visit to this unit and we absolutely love it! The host is SO AMAZING! She is always available to help and offers great recommendations for things to do. You can tell she really enjoys hosting people and puts a very homey/personal touch into the unit.The condo is beautiful and very clean! It has everything you would need on it. The pool is amazing! The views of the beach and sunset are exquisite. We were even able to see some dolphins from our balcony. The beds are super comfortable. I am so happy we were lucky enough to stay here two times and are already planning g our next stay in this unit!

This was not only a great place to stay, but the location was perfect. Not only an easy quick walk to the beach, but the Treasure Island location made it easy to get anywhere. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views each day. Thank you so much for making our vacation so wonderful.

What a perfect beachfront condo. It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with cooking annd eating utensils, and had excellent towels. The only thing better was the great communication by Kathy. It was a terrific, clean beach, vacation spot on Treasure Island, which included a covered parking spot right by the elevator. The Publix grocery store was a short drive away. We enjoyed our 4 nights immensely.

We would highly recommend this rental property. It sits right on the beach, with two pools and all the amenities we needed nearby for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the spectacular sunsets from our balcony each evening and the diversity of places to dine out. The host was very responsive and accommodating both with the booking process and during our stay.We would definitely book again in the future.

We stayed here with our 4 kids for Spring Break. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. This unit is in the perfect location for easily accessing the stairs or elevator to get right out to the pool, beach or beach bar. It was also so convenient to walk to John’s Pass or frequent the ice cream shop right next door. It is such a clean and beautiful place with such an amazing view of the beach and sunsets!! We had such a wonderful time, and we didn’t want to leave. Both of the owners were so nice and easy to communicate with when we had any questions, and they go out of their way to make everything nice by providing so many extras such as snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc. We definitely recommend staying here, and we hope to be able to make a trip back soon! Thank you so much!!

Kathy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The view was amazing, front row to the ocean. There were five of us adults, and it was comfortable for all of us to stay in the unit. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. The pool was very busy during our stay, so we didn’t go swimming, but we did get to enjoy the hot tub one night and that was wonderful. Lots of walks on the beautiful beach. Beds were extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were very much appreciated. Easy walk to quaint fishing pier with lots of great restaurants and shops.
