Peaceful River Retreat with stunning Colorado River Views complete with trail to the river, hot tub, putting green, pool table, outside shower & more. Sleeps 6 with a bonus hide-a-bed. Parking for 4-5 vehicles plus an RV parking spot with 30 amp power service. River access below the house with boat launch, fishing, and swimming area. 5 min to Parker, 10min to Bluewater Casino & Parker strip, 15 min to Emerald Canyon Golf Course, 20 min to lake Havasu.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the river! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were incredible — we loved sitting outside in the evenings and watching the river flow by. It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we were hoping for.What really made the experience stand out was how responsive and helpful the owner was. When we had a minor issue with the A/C, they got back to us immediately and had it resolved quickly, which we really appreciated — especially in the California Desert heat!Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and well taken care of. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic place to stay. A perfect escape!

What a great spot, right on the river! The house was clean and has the perfect layout with all the living areas facing the river. There is also plenty of room for boat parking if you're bringing a toy or 4. The hosts made themselves available even late at night, we will be coming back :).

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The views were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the easy access to the river. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property is perfect for relaxing weekend at the river! It is a few minutes walk to the boat launch into Big River, clean, comfortable, and it has all the activities you could want after a long day in the sun. I especially loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset and looking up at the abundancy of stars!! I would definitely stay hear again!!

This host made a material misrepresentation of fact in the listing that onsite parking included a garage and when I again asked her to confirm that before driving there she responded to park on the side of the house in 111 or 113 degree heat so I never went to this property but Now this host has again misrepresented the facts by leaving a review that I was a guest.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay here! The view is amazing and it had everything we needed for the holiday weekend. The only thing I would change is having the pullout couch inside the home instead of in the garage since it’s too warm to sleep in there.

We will be back!

It was amazing! Very clean, lots of room. Well appointed. I would just say to be prepared for a bit of a trek to the beach and lots of cactus within easy reach of dogs and small children. All things considered it was great!

Fun at the river

Place is what i wanted for my weekend nice sunrises beutiful river view. Has al the amenities needed ,fridge gave a bit of trouble. But was fixed almost immediately. .one thing that I would suggest is diferent kind of dining stools were a little uncomfortable for a seating longer than eating

Beautiful!

It was great, peaceful Great view with so many hummingbirds. Best house in the neighborhood. The showers were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Loved it. Only suggestion, have written directions for the televisions.

awesome place to stay. Beautiful views. Sitting in the jacuzzi watching the sun was great. Listing is accurate with lots of amenities and things to do.

Awesome house

We loved this house it was perfect for us, didn’t love that the second bathroom is still not fixed makes it a little inconvenient when traveling with friends, and from the photo it looked like it was riverfront but it’s technically not but you do have stairs to the river from the house which we utilized, perfect place for friends and dogs and to hangout if you want a chill big River weekend! We will be back! Thank you

A trip to the river

My husband and I, and his brother and wife, stayed here while visiting family at the river. The house was clean and well stocked, and it is so peaceful, plus the view out back is amazing. We didn’t use the jacuzzi because it was way too hot with the heat advisory, but the house was cool and comfortable. Penny let us know in advance that they were remodeling the 2nd bathroom, so that shower wasn’t available, but they had a second shower outside that was good for rinsing off. Penny was very accommodating during our trip and we appreciated her helpful communications. We’d definitely stay here again.
