Fantastic Apartment in Wengen Over Lauterbrunnen

The property is in an awesome location with the living room and master bedroom with walkout to a private balcony. From the balcony you have a picture perfect view of the Lauterbrunnen valley, waterfalls, and the peaks of the Jungfrau Region. The apartment was very functional, clean, and comfortable. Great place for a stay in Wengen and Switzerland!

Classic Swiss chalet with breathtaking views

This is a great apartment (top floor of a chalet)! I thought it was better than the photos let on. The wooden walls, ceilings (everything) is actually quite charming and while the bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated they perfectly suit the style of the apartment (and are perfectly functional). The chalet is about 500m downhill from the station so walking back up can be challenging but even our 5 year old managed twice a day. And you can book a taxi if you need/have luggage. The view is breathtaking and can be seen from almost all the windows! We also appreciated the collection of toys provided and the fondue set (given restaurants are so expensive). Interhome also organised a laundry service for us and were easy to deal with for check in and out. Highly recommend!

Schöne Aussicht

Unsere Aufenthalt in Plein Soleil fanden wir echt Wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was wir erwartet haben außer dass WLAN Verbindung sehr schlecht war. Wir haben die Aussicht von den Alpen aus unserem Balkon voll genossen. Die Unterkunft war zu fuß von der Bahnstation (800m) erreichbar.

Die Wohnung war schön, gut eingerichtet und mit einem super Ausblick. Für unser Geschmack gab es etwas viele Teppiche, was in Sachen Sauberkeit halt immer so eine Sache ist. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wengen Stay (11/2021)

Had the opportunity to stay here for seven (7) days in November. Property was exactly what we needed as home base for exploring the Lauterbrunnen valley. Apartment was as advertised, simple and well kept. Not the most modern design but everything was in good working condition. Views over the valley were perfect, patio/deck was great for ending the day. Interhome staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of the ever changing COVID travel challenges. Checkin/checkout process was simple and straightforward. Three(3) Notes: - Not a long walk to the town center but definitely on the steeper side of things - Will need to provide own soaps/shampoos - Off season is extremely off. Only one or two dining options open in town and regional transportation options can be limited.

The most beautiful view!

My husband and I spent a week in Wengen and in this beautiful chalet! We arrived late at night and woke up to the most beautiful view! Just stunning. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for our short stay. The manager was very accessible and responded to our questions quickly. We are already looking at our schedule to try and go back again. Very great experience!

The best view you will find!

This property is a true gem! We arrived at night and woke up to the most breathtaking view we have ever seen! It's very clean and the manager responds quickly to questions. It's a short hike to a bakery, restaurants, shopping and the train station. We fell in love with Wengen and this property! We hope to go back again.

Very cosy Chalet with breathtaking views

We enjoyed our one week stay in the nice woody, yet modern Chalet. The views of the Valley and Mountains are a highlight. Interhome staff are friendly and services are good (especially the grocery delivery before our arrival). A washing machine and a microwave are missing, rest the apartment is really well furnished and equipped. The house is on a steep downhill road from the station, not for everyone. All in all, fantastic experience! We’ll surely visit again :)

Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht, eenvoudig, maar zeer volledig met zithoek, eethoek, keuken, badkamer en twee slaapkamers. Uitstekend voor een verblijf hier en relatief goed betaalbaar. Het brede balkon heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen!

Amazing views

The views of the valley, waterfalls, and peaks are fantastic. The apartment was great and was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well-equipped. The town is 5-7 minute walk uphill on a nice lane. We loved this place.
