This Newer 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo has great mountain views and same floor access to the Hot Tub / Amenity Deck. With a short walk to the Gondola and a private covered deck, your mountain vacation awaits. Location at the far end of the hallway offers you a quieter stay with less foot traffic. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, stove, drip coffee maker (filters provided), dishwasher, crockpot, all utensils, dishes and paper products. You can fix dinner away from the crowds and eat a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. This unit is furnished with all linens, toiletries, free secure wireless internet, and Cable TV's in both rooms. It sleeps 5 people with a king bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and single pull-out ottoman. The large bathroom features separate shower and deep soaking tub. Other unit amenities include hairdryer, humidifiers, iron and board, pack n' play crib and high-chair. New, Fast and Secure, individual wifi routers placed so no sharing and fast internet speeds.

Located at the Resort Base, Founders Pointe and its' Amenities Impress! A heated parking garage ($21/daily in winter and $0 in summer regardless of how long your stay,) private ski locker, secure bike storage, laundry room, and beautiful lobby with a 2 story fireplace offer class and convenience. The spacious outdoor amenities deck features incredible views, a huge hot tub, 2 sided fireplace, lounge chairs and tables, and 2-gas grilling stations all waiting for your enjoyment.

This condo is operated by the Owners, not a management company. We pride ourselves on providing renters the best-personalized vacation experience. Direct communication allows us to answer questions before your arrival or during your stay. Please note: no skis or bikes are allowed in the unit with the secured storage offered on-site, and hot tub access may be limited due to Covid regulations and/or required maintenance.

Clean and Convenient Condo with Great Hosts

Our hosts were great. They went above and beyond and even helped us get our bags to the room when they finished cleaning from the prior guests. The communication was excellent and personable. The condo is as advertised. It is clean and functional and in a great location. It was the ideal spot for our family to spend our ski vacation and if we come back to Winter Park next year we will undoubtedly stay at the same place.

Perfect condo for a small family

This clean, cozy condo is perfect for a small family. We like the one bedroom so we can shut the door and let the teenagers watch a movie and hang out. Also made dinner one night. It had everything we needed. We will be staying here again. The candy jar was a special extra treat!

Walk to gondola

Last minute long weekend ski trip, perfect location with an easy walk to the gondola. Hosts were extremely communicative and made everything very easy. Perfect for three people, perhaps a little snug for four - but overall worked out great

Clean and Comfortable

The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and a short walk to the lifts. The only issue we had was entering and leaving the garage. Our access code did not work, and we had to call the attendant each time. According to other residents, they too were having issues.

Wonderful place for a ski vacation

This condo is about 5 min walk from the gondola, 2 min walk to bus stop for groceries and restaurants. For us without a car, this is a very convenient location. The unit is very quiet and clean. The owner is very easy to communicate with.

I took my kids to Winter Park for some skiing and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfortable and communication with the owners was seemless.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing stay! The unit was very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and super comfortable. We loved walking right across the street to shop and eat, and the gondola ride was a great experience. Beautiful views and cozy spaces made for a fun and relaxing trip. Rich provided clear information and was very responsive. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Great Winter Park single condo

We had our two teenaged boys so it was a little tight, but that was our choice. For a small family or couple alone, this is a fabulous place. Nice bathroom and kitchen and great large bed. There is a locking bike cage in the parking garage (summertime).

Easter weekend 2023 spring skiing

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and got to explore winter park for a couple of perfect spring skiing days. We loved the mountain and the resort and we couldn’t have been happier with the condo’s setup and the hosts. Communication was fantastic and incredibly well organized. We really appreciated the Roku set to guest mode on the TV in the living room giving us access to all our streaming services and content and logging us out automatically upon departure. So convenient after a long day on the slopes. We look forward to visiting winter park and renting from the Muth’s again in the future!

Fantastic place to stay for skiing

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. Four major highlights for recommendation. 1. The location is super close to the Gondola, a 2-3 min walk at most, made getting to the slopes really easy. 2. The condo is well equipped, comfortable, cosy and very quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. 3. The hot tub is massive, always had room even just after the lifts closed. 4. Rich is a fantastic host, very responsive, gave clear instructions about parking, getting access etc. We highly recommend this condo for skiing (or summers) at Winter Park.

Absolutely perfect accommodations

My daughter and I stayed here to ski. The unit was absolutely perfect!! Stocked with everything you need!! It was extremely clean and well maintained. Rich was the best communicator. I've stayed at numerous VRBO properties and this was the best all around. We only had to walk across the street to the ski lift. The hot tub was incredible!! I can't say enough positive about this property. We will return! Thank you!!!

Excellent Winter Park condo!

We had a fabulous time staying for a week at this property. Very clean with all the amenities. What really stands out is location! From the condo to the Gondola is just a walk across the street. Also the wonderful restaurants at the Village are right across the street. We will come back to this property.

Bday/Family Ski Trip

We had an amazing stay for my son’s 20th birthday celebration! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the view, bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast/lunch. The heated garage was nice to have and the lockers to store our ski equipment was helpful. The location of this condo was perfect! It is on the quiet end of the condo but a quick walk to the slopes. Our family had an amazing trip and can’t wait to go back! The owners were very accommodating and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the welcome chocolates when we arrived. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Very clean, well stocked and great location!

This property was a great find! There is actually sleeping space for 5 (they have a cool, funky ottoman pullout!) and that was tough to find this close to the mountain for this price point! Everything was super clean and looked brand new - including a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need (the small over fits a full size pizza!). The accomodations are exactly as shown with one separate bedroom and then the living room has the two pullouts. Everything was in perfect working order and the owners super communicative/responsive if I had questions! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great and it was appreciated. The outdoor hot tub area and laundry are on the same floor so everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
