3rd floor studio with large balcony over looking Sedona and the Verde Valley & one free parking spot. Centrally located means a short walk to uptown. Flat is 550 sq ft. Studio has king sized bed, sleeper sofa, living & dining room table, electric fireplace, bathroom w/ walk in shower, mini-fridge with water bottles, coffee pot, coffee beans, grinder, sugar, and creamer, DirecTV and WIFI. 1st and 2nd floors are available to rent so you can the rent entire place. We always enjoy our visit to Jerome. We have stayed in this apartment before and also stayed in the owners other apartments. My husband enjoys sitting on the balcony enjoying his morning coffee and reading a book. We usually stay in October when Nelly Bly Kaleidoscope store host their fall workshops. Staying here allows me to walk to my classes as well as walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The apartments are always clean and comfortable—far better than staying in a hotel room.

We would highly recommend this studio. Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Annalisa thought of everything you may need. We will definitely be back. P.S. if you get the chance, eat at Clinkdale. Fabulous food!!

Best view in Jerome

Definitely a million dollar view. We have stayed here a couple of times and it has always been clean and well stocked. We will stay there again when we want a getaway

Perfect peaceful relaxing getaway

This is a great property to rent if you are looking for a nice place to relax with a beautiful view. It is clean, cute, and cozy. 3 minute walk to downtown, but still away from most of the tourists we loved this place.

Just love our stay here! This is our second time at this wonderful establishment. Just love the view from the top floor. Couldn’t ask for more from these accommodations.

Beautiful view. Loved watching everyone come in & out of town in the mornings & the evenings on the porch. Perfect place to stay while visiting Jerome since everything was within walking distance & we never had to worry about parking. We can't wait to stay again!

Amazing Views

My husband and I have made coming to Jerome an annual trip for our anniversary. We love the small town feel with all the shopping, wineries, and food. Our stay here was very pleasant. The views were amazing, the space was perfect for the two of us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding!

This was our 2nd stay at the Million Dollar View. The name of the rental is most appropriate. The views are amazing and the balcony was perfect for motorcycling watching-there are a lot of cool bikes that ride into Jerome. The rental was very clean and is a nice size. It is on the third floor so there are some stair which you will need to haul your gear up. The location of the rental is absolutely perfect. We plan to return. Outstanding!

No response from property owner

I booked this for my friend and myself for an event in Jerome that was rescheduled. The owner let us move our booking back, but when my friend could not attend the event and I asked, twice, about 10-14 days out, about rebooking or canceling, I got no response. Would have been easy to politely tell me no, but I got ghosted instead. I accept that we are out our money and the owner got paid in full for nothing, but refusing to communicate was unprofessional and rude.

Best Stay In Jerome Arizona

We so enjoyed our lovely rental property. It was so clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and you can't beat it! Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. We recommend this property highly!! You won't be disappointed.

Enjoyable stay

We always enjoy Jerome. Staying here makes it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set.

My wife Joan and I have been involved with property management since we purchased our first multi family property in 1982. We first discovered Jerome many years ago after a Jeeping adventure in Sedona. As we followed 89A as a shortcut from Sedona to Prescott, we accidentally discovered this cool little town of Jerome. Over the past years, we have enjoyed bringing out of town guests to Jerome for dinner, or just to enjoy the views. We are now excited to offer the Million Dollar View Vacation Rental to those looking for a beautiful setting to come make new memories. ENJOY!
