The entire family can stay connected with Wifi and 4 HDTV TVs.

The House:

1 private outdoor pool abut 2.5-3.5 feet deep.
1 Loft area with a desk space to work and TV
1 Game Room w/ TV and fireplace.
1 Living Room w/ TV
3 Bedrooms each with a window AC unit
1 Full sized kitchen with new pots and pans and appliances
3 Bedrooms - 1 w/ TV 1 with bunk beds
2 full size Bath - 1 with double vanity
Washer Dryer
$25 fee per stay, if you like to use the outdoor BBQ Grill

The entire house and a gated community with amenities which include a Clubhouse with books and reading area, five lakes, 1 is within 3-4 minutes drive from the house, two outdoor swimming pools 1 is 1 minute drive and a kiddie pool, four tennis courts and two basketball courts.

We really enjoyed in this house it was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool they didn’t wanted to leave the house. Everything was amazing ;)

Quiet Retreat

The house was clean and the kids enjoyed the game room. The house was in a private community with a security station, which we appreciated. The only negative was that it was a bit far from the ski mountain we went to.

Awesome time!

I had an amazing experience booking with Iris. The communication with the property owner was seamless, and she were very helpful throughout the stay. The property itself exceeded my expectations- it was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all necessary amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation rental experience. We stayed for 5 nights to celebrate my sister's birthday and her mini baby moon getaway. It was great to get away from the city life, our family had such a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Excellent Experience

This was a much needed weekend away for the family and I. Iris (host) provided clear and concise instructions for checking into the property, from the arrival gate to accessing the actual home. Once we entered the home, the smell was inviting, the rooms were clean, and the house was as pictured, which met our expectations. Additionally, my wife kept expressing her amazement for the fact that, unlike several other rentals that we’d previously stayed at, this house was literally equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you Iris for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Good for the price

We didn’t ask for too much. Two night stays. They have everything that we needed. Because it is winter time, we only used the fire pit in the backyard. Thanks for coordinating the firewoods. Its $25 but It’s worth it for the good memories . We loved it. Every other thing became minor. Location is not far from JF skiing mountain. At the end of the day it’s all about people. And the owner is quick response.

The host is accusing me of a broken TV when I text her upon arrival and told her that there was a crack in it. The host stated that the TV was new and we were the first ones to use it but I have pictures proving that it was cracked upon arrival. There was no one to check us in to state that the TV was in working conditions. Also, one of the steps is uneven and one party member fell on the steps and no one had the courtesy to shovel the walkway, steps, or plow the roads. The GPS takes you to a private entrance and when asked for the address for the guess entrance, host didn’t have one and we had to drive around in the dark on icy unpaved roads until we found it. Always take pictures And videos upon arrival or you will get accused and charged for things you didn’t do. Earrings were found in bedding and hair in dishwasher. Improper cleaning.

Worse stay ever

There are several reason I’m giving this location a bad review. One there were two bee hives one under the deck by the pool, and the second one attached to the house directly facing the pool. I was stung along with my son. I let the property manager know and she sent an exterminator who could not get under the base board so they called for a handyman who showed up 4 hours later. The exterminator was stung as well but in his eye trying to get rid of the hive attached to the house in the backyard. Two the game room is nothing like it’s pictures the games are old the air hockey table score board kept falling apart while playing. The basketball hoops legs were duck tapped together and whenever you shot the ball it would lean to the left completely buckling. I tried to shower turned the shower nob and it came right off. I informed the host and all I got was excuses, and was even told that I broke the nob like I’m a child who doesn’t know how to turn on water. I was also told that she can’t control bee stings, and that there was no way of seeing the bee hive under the deck that’s bs because if she inspected her properly she would have seen the second bee hive attached to her house or better yet the shady game room I am also upset with VRBO because after contacting them immediately about my issues VRBO did absolutely nothing to resolve them. Never again with this property or booking with VRBO. I sent all the photos and proof and still nothing.

All the comforts of home

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. The only thing that could have made it better would be a hot tub and maybe a heater for the pool. Well worth the $ spent. Well kept home. Loved it.

It really is an oasis!

This was really such a great experience! The community is quiet, the home was beautiful, and the pool was perfect! The kids loved watching the deer every day and the whole family enjoyed the pool and game room. There was plenty of space for us to play with our dog outside too! We will definitely be back next year!

Love it!

To be honest I was a little hesitant when i booked the property because it didn’t have any reviews at the time, I am glad I booked it so beautiful peaceful , quiet and private. I love that it is in a gated community (felt safer) and we saw wildlife which was so majestic. Will definitely book again everyone loved it!

Great updated house

The house was great and just as described. I wish I chosen a later date in the summer the pool was still cold. I wasn’t able to use it.
